SPACER MECH "ZÖLLIG"
[p][/p]
When grandiose plans for computer rendered images proved infeasible, Design Bureau resorted to filming physical models for the "Wreck That Mech" series of target identification videos. Originally created to train anti armor and vehicle crews, several such tapes were broadcast on Nobrevid to fill airtime on the semiweekly Civil Defense Power Hour.

This finely painted model, one of a scant handful of Spacer designs Bureau sculpters had sufficient footage of to cast in pewter, no doubt had the unintended but wholly predictable side effect of igniting in some young viewers a lifelong fascination with the cruel and beautiful machines from the stars.

-Efi
[p][/p][p]Each blister pack contains the eight pieces for one Zöllig, unassambled and unpainted. The Zöllig mech is equipped with twin "Banshee" chain guns. Assembled, the dimensions of the Zöllig are approximately approximately 1.69 x 1.04 x 2 inches (43 x 26 x 50 mm). The weight is approximately 1.92oz or 54.7g.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p]
SPACER LIGHT MECH "SLEEPWALKER"
[p][/p]
Make sure you varnish this one. Unless you want a fingerprint shaped patch of bare metal on the tower where everyone picks it up.

-MB
[p][/p][p]Each Sleepwalker pack contains 16 parts for two Sleepwalkers, unassambled and unpainted. Both Sleepwalkers have two weapon mounts, with a choice of a "Disco" disruption laser or "Bully" kinetic laser for the upper mount, and a "Black Hand" irradiator or "Lockdown" machine gun for the lower mount. Assembled, the dimensions are approximately 0.71 x 0.97 x 2 inches (18 x 24 x 50 mm). The weight is approximately 1.05oz or 30g.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p]
CORVID LIGHT MECH "EIGHTBALL"
[p][/p]
Yes, this is the actual hull geometry. The one in GIRTH OVERRIDE was fake. The director couldn't get his hands on a real one so the set designers put a pair of radomes on an old police Fork and spraypainted it blue. Stop asking me this.

-MB
[p][/p][p]Each Eightball pack contains 23 parts for two Eightballs, unassambled and unpainted. Both Eightballs have two weapon mounts, with a choice of a "Bonesaw" machine gun, "Donkey" recoilless rifle or "Pinch" rocket launcher for the top mount, and a "Stutter" chain gun or "Preacher" cannon for the front mount. Assembled, the dimensions are approximately 1.47 x 1.07 x 1.48 inches (37 x 27 x 37 mm). The weight is approximately 2.02oz or 57.4g.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p]
CORVID LIGHT TANK "PARTY VAN"
[p][/p]
Some people maintain control of their faculties while they're jacked in. My chauffeur for the night doesn't have that ability. She sits insensate in her seat and fills her helmet with drool and uses the teletext display awkwardly bolted to the dash when she needs my attention.

I worry that the display is stuck. Malfunctioning. Then I remember who I'm talking to. She wants ANOTHER BEER. Again.

I flip the cracked visor open. The flushed and cherubic face inside gives no indication that she notices. Her glassy potemkin eyes focus on nothing while she peers out at the world through CCTV and salvaged FLIR pods. I tilt her head back and mate the rim of the can to her lips.

The treads underneath us eat masonry. Bone dust. Something big that goes crunch and sends a jolt up through bogey and suspension and padded seat. The contents of the tallboy shoot out the little opening with the jolt and splash all over her face.

That, finally, gets a smile.

-Jo Driscoll
[p][/p][p]Each Party Van pack contains 18 parts for two Party Vans, unassambled and unpainted. Both Party Vans have two weapon mounts, with a choice of a "Preacher" cannon, "Stutter" chain gun or "Metronome" mortar for one of the mounts, and a "Faker" mortar, "Carlos" recoilless rifle or "Bonesaw" machine gun for the other mount. Assembled, the dimensions are approximately 1.5 x 0.69 x 1.26 inches (38 x 17 x 32 mm). The weight is approximately 3.13oz or 88.8g.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p]
