Simon Quest Who?
Simon Quest is the protagonist of this adventure across Transylvania! But who exactly is he? Lead developer Programancer provides some insight into his character…

Programancer: Even though he's not given any dialogue in-game (as I prefer the player to insert their own thoughts into situations)- Simon is a bit of a lighthearted, albeit brash, and rebellious person. He raised himself from a young age as the result of a close call with Dracula, and he's hellbent on restoring his disgraced family's honor by fulfilling their legacy and duty as vampire hunters.

He's witty and clever- which helps him get out of most situations, and while people see him as a bumbling fool, he's more than capable of getting out of any situation he finds himself in. On the surface it may seem like he is simply resurrecting Dracula for selfish reasons, but maybe there's more to that than is immediately apparent- you'll just have to see!
In his creation, I've always thought of him as a bit of a Joseph Joestar- where you can't really take him seriously, but always manages to succeed much to his opponent's chagrin. The type of hero you think is a goofy, stupid moron, but ends up being extremely calculating and tactical. He's the type to throw insults and taunts at his opponents just to goad them into a reaction he can exploit.

Look forward to even more updates as TASQ continues on with development!
