Today marks the 3 year anniversary of opening the "Project Zoo" (that would later become Mars Attracts) Unity project file for the very first time! To celebrate, we've put together a speedy recap of all the game's development so far!

Mars Attracts really is a love letter to the park builder genre, so we thought we'd make a video chronicling the 30+ year history of the games that inspired us!

We tried to keep it to 10 minutes so had to cut quite a few games, but hopefully it's an interesting retrospective on some of the biggest entries in the genre. Let us know what you think in the comments!

Hi All,

A huge thank you to everyone who has played and reviewed the demo! So far the reception has been amazing (93% positive!!), and we're now getting started on even more features and updates for future versions.

The day has come - the demo for Mars Attracts has finally released!

We're super excited (and a little nervous) to hear what you think of the game. We're now in the final stretch of development before Early Access launch, so will be making lots of changes based on your feedback/suggestions for the demo. [h3]We want your best ACKS for Mars Attracts![/h3]

Mars Attracts currently sounds a little quiet, and we would like your help filling out the ambient soundscape with your best impression of a Martian guest.



To get involved, all you need to do is send us short audio clips of your best attempt at the infamous “Ack Ack” sound. The samples you send us will be used as background sound effects to fill out the park -- it won't be replacing the main voiceover work. We're still working on that but we'll have more details to share soon!
