Another small update to the game. Mainly branding related but it also adds two levels to the Growth and Food upgrades.

• new: WASD-SPACE controls are now enabled in title screen as alternatives to ARROWS-ENTER controls
  
• new: header bar now shows coin count
  
• new: food animation
  
• new: Iron Scale upgrades. Decrease bullet damage.
  
• new: Yellow Starfish prey
  
• changed: aquarium background graphics
  
• changed: building activator is now placed at the bottom to reduce chance of accidental hits
  
• changed: snake now shoots at a lower firing rate and less often
  
• changed: added an extra slot to the Breeding Ground
  
• changed: the appearance of food items, to make them distinguishable from bullets
  
• changed: start with one additional piranha and a bullet eater
  
• changed: piranhas are a bit more agressive by default
  
• fixed: issue that caused piranhas to try to move outside the aquarium
