Work continues, v 0.4.1 uploaded

Hello everyone!

Our Patrons have just received access to version 0.4.1.

I don't want it to sound like an excuse, but remember that this is the ALPHA version, so errors and shortcomings are inevitable. Compared to 0.4.0, we've gone from limited time to (almost) complete freedom from day 4, which still requires a lot of work and is a bit clunky at this stage, so I suggest you do nothing more than check out the things we've added now.

We didn't want to drag out work on this version any longer, so some elements are not yet perfect (and some, of course, are not there at all). In the changelog, I'll try to list what is a temporary solution and what can't be done, so that you also know what to look out for and what you can report to us as a bug or something to improve.

I can reveal that we are planning a few more changes to the functioning of the basic game mechanics (energy management, sleeping). We believe that thanks to this, "Komadori Inn" will be even more interesting and enjoyable.

*NON-ENGLISH LANGUAGE PLAYERS!!*

Everything up to version 0.4.0 was translated by real human translators. We're using machine translation now just until we gather enough text to hire translators again. Sorry if you will experience poorer quality for some time now.

  • Morning meetings and daily work
    • The team will have some team bonding - talking about quests you have finished the day before, if there were any
    • On day 4 you will be told you have to learn how to do the last job - room cleaning (we're still working on the room cleaning shift, so now there's nothing there, just black screen)
    • From day 5 you can choose where you want to work that day (or if you want a day off)
      • Notice on Front Desk shift - currently the shift will always be played as if it was the first day of the month

Demo available on Steam!

Hello everyone!

As you may have noticed, the Komadori Inn demo has been released on Steam!

For those who have been following us for a while, this will be the familiar 0.4.0 version, which allows you to play the first three days of gameplay and get to know all the basic mechanics.

This is another important milestone for us, thanks to which we hope to receive even more feedback and make an even better game.

For those who want to help us even more, we invite you to our Patreon, where you can also get a Steam key, giving you access to all future updates (including the full game when it is finished!).

Version 0.3.3 released!

Hey everyone!

The version numbered 0.3.3 has landed on Steam for our Patrons to download! As previously mentioned, we focused on technicalities, bug fixes and generally making this first three days very polished, so there isn't much of new stuff added. We will take some more time for additional testing, but this is basically what will be released publicly as version 0.4.0, both on Itchio and on Steam. Version 0.4.0 will also be the culmination of our work on the "demo part" of the game. This means that after its release, we will mainly focus on expanding the gameplay with new quests, scenes, and sexual positions. Yay!

Meanwhile, here's the changelog for v 0.3.3.

  • Work schedule on the whiteboard - you can now check who works where every day by interacting with the whiteboard in the office

We have just released version 0.3.2 to our Patrons, introducing language options! Although it's not a big update from a content perspective, it means a lot to "Komadori Inn". We hope that now many of you will be able to enjoy what we are preparing even more.

Right now, 100% of what is in the demo is translated. New texts in the game will appear in English first, and other languages ​​will be translated later when more content is made. I think it's also worth mentioning that Spanish and French versions of the game are being taken care of by dear members of our community, Josema0890 and Reddox. Thank you, guys.

I will also take this opportunity to give you a heads up about what is coming. We're getting ready to release the current demo on Steam as well, which we're treating as a "small premiere" of Komadori Inn. That's why in the upcoming days we're devoting our time mainly on improving and enhancing what's already in the game. This means that the next update will also focus on technicalities, and new scenes and quests will start appearing from version 0.4.x. Can't wait!

Public beta v 0.3.0 released!

Both our Patrons and the general public has access to the newest, latest version of "Komadori Inn", labeled as V 0.3.0.

A small notice: The introduction of manual saves and loading of the game has meant that we have had to make changes to the overall save system. Additionally, we have made some tweaks to previous gameplay elements. Your previous saves will still work, but you may encounter errors or strange glitches, so at this point we recommend starting the game again.
