Weekly Update/12

Hi,

In the last 3 to 4 weeks, I managed to install network and data process system for the Aim Zen, but these kinda technical things cannot be added to the weekly devlogs. These systems are hard to do and I can't share with you the unfinished system.

So, until 27 May I will not share devlogs for the clarity. So I can share the full information about what I'm developing.

Weekly Update/11

This week at Aim Zen, UGC (User-Generated Content) is coming to life ! And It's working...

[h2]Zen Editor[/h2]

Managing Editor Content:


Users can now save, load, delete, and modify their work in the editor, giving them greater control over their creative process.


Players can now test their creations directly in the editor. Without going outside of application.

Creating Task Systems:


Players can now create different types of tasks from the "Task System" Tab. This system is just an infrastructure for the editor's capabilities...

Controllable parameters:
  • Target Mode: Grid, Single_Axis, Moving, Tracking.
  • Target Scale.
  • Randomize Target Scale.
  • Maximum Target.
  • Randomize Maximum Target.
  • Spawn Delay.
  • Randomize Spawn Delay.
  • Target Movement Speed.
  • Randomize Target Movement Speed.
  • Direction Change Interval.
  • Ranomize Direction Change Interval.

Users can share content with other players and search through the shared content and play the content they want.

Weekly Update/10

This week at Aim Zen, serious software infrastructures were developed on data processability, in order to process player content correctly and transfer it to the cloud.

A serious part of the players' task creation system has been developed (EA version):


Users can specify and randomise the parameters of the tasks they create.

Implemented Task Settings:
  • Target Mode: Grid, Single_Axis, Moving, Tracking.
  • Target Scale.
  • Randomize Target Scale.
  • Maximum Target.
  • Randomize Maximum Target.
  • Spawn Delay.
  • Randomize Spawn Delay.
  • Target Movement Speed.
  • Randomize Target Movement Speed.
  • Direction Change Interval.
  • Ranomize Direction Change Interval.


The next Demo update will be in June, and since the updates until then will be technical, we'll be taking a break from visually pleasing devlogs.

Weekly Update/09

Hi, Aim Zen took a small step for the game industry and a big step for me in its first demo, more than 4,500 users got the demo of the game.

In addition, the impression statistics, which have been at 30,000 impressions for 3 months, are now approaching 150,000, with only 120,000 impressions in just 1 week.

We still don't have the same momentum for wishlists, but it's not because of the players, it's because of the game. Polishing hasn't even started yet, and a big feature like Zen Editor is still not available.

Thank you very much to everyone who tried the demo, it will remain available for a while.

Aim Zen - Hotfix => AV0.2.0.2

  • Sensitivity slider adjusted, max sensitivity value is "10" now.
  • UI changes on results screen.
