Foul | Demo + January Update
[h3]Welcome to the latest update post of Foul, an indie survival game set in a post apocalyptic world.[/h3][p][/p][p]Over the past 4 months I have made a lot of progress which lead to demo release earlier this week.[/p][p]I will try my best to list most of the changes here.[/p]
- [p]Added new enemies: frog, toad, stag beetle, and flying beetle — each with unique drops[/p]
- [p]Introduced crafting stations: workbench, furnace, and anvil[/p]
- [p]Expanded the world with new locations, including a lumber mill, radio tower and several smaller points of interest[/p]
- [p]Added coal and iron ore, steel ingots, and new wooden and steel tools[/p]
- [p]Added iron and steel armor[/p]
- [p]Added dozens of items which makes the total number of items 118[/p]
- [p]Added blackberry bushes and dead bushes[/p]
- [p]Boars now drop meat and fur[/p]
- [p]Added new boots and glove types and a new backpack[/p]
- [p]Improved building system: better snapping & placeables now rotate to terrain[/p]
- [p]Added stairs, beds, doors, and torches[/p]
- [p]Updated mesh for wooden doorframes, window frames, and pillars[/p]
- [p]Added NPCs[/p]
- [p]Introduced a tutorial and the first elements of the storyline[/p]
- [p]Brought back the celshader[/p]
- [p]Fixed a lot of bugs[/p]
- [p]Created a new trailer, Steam capsule, GIFs, and updated all descriptions[/p]
