1 Year of Starground
Its now officially been 1 year since Starground first launched on Steam!
[p]I (Jesse) want to personally thank everybody who has bought the game and supported our development in Early Access. Starground has been so much more successful than we ever could have imagined, and that's thanks to all of your support. We also want to thank our publisher 2 Left Thumbs for helping our tech demo become reality.

In the time since we've been on Steam, we've accomplished:[/p]
• [p]6 major content updates[/p]
• [p]3 new planets[/p]
• [p]Countless new bosses, enemies, items, recipes, and more[/p]
• [p]Hundreds of bug fixes[/p]
• [p]Over 9000 new stargrounders[/p]
[p]We can't wait to get working on what content we still have planned out, and get Starground ready for full launch next year! Expect another 3 planets, a whole load of new items and weapons, and tons of bug fixing and QOL!

Tomorrow (August 20th), expect a new update and sale to go along with this important milestone.[/p][p][/p][p]Thanks again, and Ad Astra[/p]

Starground 0.14.1.0-ex2 Released
The second 14.1 experimental update has dropped! This update continues to improve and refine conveyors, as well as a variety of new content (new tutorial system!).
[p][/p][p]Tutorials are now globally stored instead of attached to the world data. This allows for much more tutorial flexibility, and just makes more sense for multiplayer. You can also now view previously completed tutorials by pressing T while in-game, or clicking the tutorial button on the main menu.[/p][p][/p][p]Tutorials also now have a new friend Gearbert! Gearbert is sort of the Big Boy Games mascot, and will tie more closely into the story later on.[/p][p][/p][p]UI also now has sound for hovering and clicking, alongside a new slider to change their volume.[/p][p][/p]
Additions
• [p]Added Gearbert (for the tutorial right now)[/p]
• [p]Added a tutorial for visiting Tyria[/p]
• [p]Added sounds to all UI elements[/p]
• [p]Added a volume slider for UI sounds[/p]
• [p]Added track Light Beams to the main menu[/p]
• [p]Added a menu to view previous tutorials[/p]
• [p]Added a button to the options menu to reset tutorials[/p]
Changes
• [p]Improved displaying and switching of keybinds with various bodies of text[/p]
• [p]Reworded various tutorial texts[/p]
• [p]Made it so cooldowns will always process regardless of movement limitations[/p]
• [p]Added more information to Steam error messages[/p]
• [p]Updated all translations[/p]
• [p]Made it so tutorials are now no longer linked to worlds, but instead are now global (linked to your userdata)[/p]
Fixes
• [p]Fixed an issue where tiles would not sync initially on Opis in multiplayer[/p]
• [p]Fixed an issue where Calorus can be hit while already dead, causing a crash and improper spawning of corpses[/p]
• [p]Fixed an issue where a dungeon could be instantly cleared as soon as it is generated[/p]
• [p]Fixed an issue where the game could crash while starting a new world with controller[/p]
• [p]Fixed issues with tutorial translations being the wrong language[/p]
• [p]Fixed an issue where food was not properly consumed on multiplayer clients (thanks DevNinYa!)[/p]
• [p]Probably fixed an issue where gas masks were not working properly on multiplayer[/p]
• [p]Fixed multiple incorrect translations[/p]
