Patch 0.9.2.2 - Much bigger saves limits

Patch Notes:

Changed autosave limits to 100 and manual/quick save limits to 400 (was 30)
Plantation fields are no more placed under the ground
Game no longer crashes after placing buildings in particular spot on Blacksand Isle
Followers in the city visualization fixed
