Welcome to another update this year! We’re excited to share the progress we’ve made on our game. We’re happy to announce that we have completely finished and fully refined the room renovation mechanics! Everything is working great, and we can’t wait for you to experience it yourselves.
At the beginning, the available rooms will be in terrible condition – completely uninhabitable. One of your first tasks will be to fully renovate them. In total, you’ll have 18 rooms to restore, which will become a key source of income and allow you to further develop your motel.

You now have access to over 600 different items for interior design! You can freely choose from a wide range of furniture, lighting, building materials, and decorations, creating unique spaces in your motel.
We hope that the customization options will inspire you and allow you to fully unleash your creativity. We can’t wait to see the amazing interiors you create! 🎨✨
🌴 What’s Next? AI Development and New Features! 🌴
We are currently focusing on developing and implementing AI for motel guests, their interactions with the environment, and how they are serviced. We are also working on new features related to the motel shop, the beach, and the beach bar located right behind it.
There will be plenty of challenges ahead – managing the motel is just the beginning! You’ll need to take care of not only your guests’ comfort but also ensure the smooth operation of the beach and the shop. One thing is certain – you won’t have time to get bored!
Additionally, after the game’s release, we plan to continuously expand and improve it based on your feedback. As we mentioned before, we’re planning to launch the game in Early Access, meaning you’ll soon have the opportunity to actively shape its development. We’re committed to making this game the best it can be – and for that, we need you, the players! 🎮💡
