Tiny Garden is fully funded!

Hey there gardeners!

We have been resting for a while, but we're back with some exciting news! Tiny Garden is fully funded on Kickstarter, which means that we now will have to make the full game. That's awesome and we're so so so excited to work on this game full-time finally.

Thanks to our Kickstarter backers, we will add new vegetables to the game, as well as new visuals for these vegetables. We'll also add new backgrounds for the game and skins for the pieces of furniture, so your customization options will be even greater. Finally, we will include a new mechanic that you might know from other games - shiny vegetables that you will have to "hunt" and will appear randomly.

So, all of these will be added in the final version of the game, are you excited to try it out?!

As a final note, we created Late Pledges in our Kickstarter campaign. You can still get the game with your name on the credit plus exclusive wallpapers. This will be a wonderful way to keep supporting us since making games is always hard and there could be some unforeseen expenses along the way.

See you in the tiny garden!

Tiny Garden Demo is OUT NOW!

Hey there gardeners!

We have exciting news! We have already surpassed 1500 backers in our Kickstarter campaign. We can thank all of the backers for their support, we couldn't make it without them!

We want to give you all something special in return, so today we’re releasing the Tiny Garden Demo you might have seen some content creators playing. This is a very tiny demo, it will take you just 20 minutes of playing at max, but we believe it showcases well the possibilities behind Tiny Garden’s ideas. The demo will be only available during the Kickstarter campaign, until August 2nd.

In this demo, you will discover different vegetables and plants that will change the terrain. Also a fountain and five pieces of furniture to decorate the top part of the toy. Bear in mind that this is just a prototype focused on the core mechanics, meaning that many visual and design elements, as well as accessibility and control options, are not finished.

That means, for example, that the furniture doesn’t have any mechanics apart from customizing the house space in a very simple fashion. The final version of Tiny Garden will have many more customization and personal expression options.

As I said, this is just a tiny proof-of-concept for the game, but I’m sure you’ll love it!

Please, share with us any feedback you might have or just the joy of playing our demo. You can share whatever you want from the demo on Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, or any socials, that would help us a lot!

Tiny Garden - Making Of

Hey there gardeners!

You might already know that we're doing a Kickstarter campaign, which is very stressful! But we're actually enjoying it and it's going pretty pretty pretty well! Thank you very much to all our backers for keep supporting the campaign!!!

We want to show you a peek behind the curtain. We started with Tiny Garden in September 2023 and, barely three months after, we already had a prototype for the game. Bear in mind that we had other jobs, so we did all that (and keep doing It) during our spare time.

At first, the game looked like this:

But the ideas were already there! You could take a pepper, put it on the ground, turn an invisible crank and the pepper will pop out of the soil. That's the core of the game!

Even our very early sketches and rough visual ideas didn't look like the final toy:

But, at least, our vegetables, plants, fountain, and even the types of soil did look like the ones we have now in the game (you can also see the cursor as hand):

To be honest, before all of that, we had a first iteration with a very schematic representation to visualize how this game would end up looking. We showed the following images to different friends and they loved the initial idea so that pushed us into making the prototype!

As you can see, the toy would be much simpler, more like a rectangle, with fewer squares on the grid and spots to place your pieces of furniture.

So What do you think about these images of the process behind Tiny Garden?

It's been a long journey, but we believe it's paying off. We can't wait to show you more about our game!

Tiny Garden - LIVE NOW ON KICKSTARTER!!

Hey there tiny gardeners!

We're glad to share with you that our Kickstarter page is already live!

Well, actually... We released it yesterday and already got to the campaign goal. Tiny Garden was fully funded in just 1 hour!!! But we still need your support to get to all the stretch goals.

Talking about that... we even got to the first stretch goal - now the base game will have shiny vegetables. Each time you plant one carrot, one turnip, whatever, you get the chance to collect a special carrot or turnip. It's all about luck!
