→ The initial graphics quality preset is now set to High.[/p][p]- Crashes were occurring when using the latest version of the NVIDIA graphics driver.

Since the start of the Alpha Test, we’ve received a notable number of crash reports related to this issue.[/p][p][/p][p]In particular, crashes have been observed specifically with NVIDIA Graphics Driver version 576. We kindly ask you to download and use version 572 or earlier, as previously advised.[/p][p][/p][p]Please refer to the instructions below to check your current graphics driver version and download a supported version.[/p][p][/p][p]1. Check Your NVIDIA Graphics Driver Version[/p][p]1) Open the NVIDIA App from the icon in your Windows taskbar.[/p][p](You can also check the version through NVIDIA Control Panel or GeForce Experience.)[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]2) Check your driver version:[/p][p]- You can find this under System > My Rig in the NVIDIA App.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]2. Download NVIDIA Graphics Driver Version 572 or Earlier[/p][p]If you are currently using NVIDIA Graphics Driver version 576, the game may crash during launch. We’d like to inform you that the following known issues have been resolved:

- The story not progressing properly after a certain cutscene
- Not being able to interact with objects after a cutscene in the Northern Ruins
- The game closing unexpectedly when entering a specific spot in the Northern Ruins while playing with a Follower
- The game occasionally crashing when an NPC dialogue window appears during battle
- The game occasionally crashing under certain condition after entering the Fitting Room
- An unnecessary “UTC” label showing in the pop-up notice during maintenance

Please restart the game to apply the latest update, which addresses these issues and improves gameplay stability.
