We are here with a new Devlog.

While we are announcing that we have changed the name of the game to Exotica Pet Shop Simulator 2, we would also like to show the new animals.

We want to have more animal varieties in the game. We wanted to show you some of the animals we added to the game as a result of the feedback we received from you. These animals will also have different colors and patterns.

• You will be able to care for and raise them from puppyhood.
  
• They will be able to roam completely freely within the shop premises.
  
• You will be able to name them and make them your own pet. (Warning: The animal you name belongs entirely to you and cannot be sold.)
  
• You will need to put a bed for your named pet.
  
• Unnamed animals will be fed from the food bowl nearby.
  
• In order to sell your unnamed dogs, they must be in a stand or in the shelter section (Large type dogs).
  

We did not forget our cats, which we consider to be indispensable.

You can completely customize your shop while creating it and build it according to your own needs and pleasure. You will be able to paint your walls and floors with an extremely large texture library.


[h3]Build shelter areas for your large type animals[/h3]

You can create living spaces for your large type animals with metal fences. You can place kennels, food bowls, toys and training areas for them and make your animals happy.

You will also be able to use metal fences to enclose your land.


[h3]Customizable Signboard[/h3]

You can customize the color, brightness and letter size of your signboard.


[h3]Exterior objects[/h3]

There are various landscaping materials that you can use on your land. You can customize your shop more by using these.

We created a light switch to control the lights you place inside the shop separately. You will be able to assign the lights you want to control to the light switches you place.

You will be able to create customized scenes with various wall decorations, aquariums, decorations, plants and statues that you can use inside the shop.

Indicates the customer type. There are 3 types of customers in the game. (Good, moderate and stubborn customer)

• Good customer: Has a high tendency to accept your suggestion.
  
• Moderate customer: Can accept your suggestion with a 50% rate.
  
• Stubborn customer: Will accept your suggestion with a 2% rate.

When you click the edit button of the item you will suggest, the items that are most suitable for the customer's wish list will be listed.

This is the part that shows how many items you have in stock of the item listed in the window that opens.

This rate is the percentage of the customer accepting the request. However, you should not forget that; No matter how high a rate you choose, each customer may not accept this request and this rate varies for each customer type.

CASH REGISTER

There will be more interaction with the customer at the cash register. In this way, you will have a more controlling and realistic feeling at the cash register.

• You will be able to bring the product the customer chooses to the cash register and deliver it to the customer.
  
• Customers will be able to make their payments with cash or credit card.
  
• Detailed information of the products purchased can be checked on the cash register computer.
  

FILLING AND DRAINING WATER

Filling the aquariums with water is completely automatic. You will be able to do this quickly by using the Fill and Drain valves.

You will be able to quickly switch between animal feeds by placing them in the empty slots.

MUSIC PLAYER

You will be able to play the music you want to play in the store by creating a playlist.



You can play your music actively in the game by putting your music in .wav format into the MusicPlayList folder.

[h3]Since the announcement of Pet Shop Simulator 2, we are happy to share with you some of the features we are developing for the first time.[/h3]



We thought it would be good to interact more with your pets. So take care of your animals. We didn't want your animals to be stuck in their living spaces, so we think free-roam animals will be happier. Of course, they shouldn't go too far. :)



All animals, except fish and arthropods, will be able to roam freely in the shop and you will be able to teach your parrots new words.
