FAQ for Steam Next Fest (known issues)

[p][/p][p][/p][p]Greetings, survivors. [/p][p][/p][p]MIMESIS is here with you at Steam Next Fest, which is just around the corner. [/p][p]This is all thanks to your interest and encouragement. [/p][p][/p][p]In the meantime, we'd like to share with you the issues we've identified through Survivor testing and more, so that you can take them into account when playing the game. [/p][p]We also ask for your patience and understanding for any inconveniences you may encounter while playing. [/p][p]MIMESIS is a game that is still in development, and we hope that your interest and understanding will make it even more fun. [/p][p]You, the survivors, are the ones who make MIMESIS what it is.[/p][p][/p]
Accessing and Playing the Game
[p]There are times when you may not be able to access a host's room with the error 30000002 (Failed to enter the tram). [/p][p]In this case, try the following method [/p][p][/p]
 1. [p]The host waits in the created room (without closing the client) [/p]
 2. [p]Team members wait on the title screen (without closing the client). [/p]
 3. [p]After 3-5 minutes, the host tries to invite the team members back in. [/p]
[p][/p][p]Best of all, on the first launch, the team members wait on the title screen until the host (the user who created the room) finishes loading the game, arrives at the service station, and invites the other team members. [/p][p][/p][p]If you join the room after the tram has left the service station, you will have to wait for the other team members to return to the service station. [/p][p]If possible, you should wait until all team members who want to play the game have arrived at the service station before starting the tram, so that everyone can enjoy the game. [/p][p][/p]
Game specifications and performance
[p]If you're experiencing performance issues when playing the game in “fullscreen windowed” mode or “windowed” mode, playing in “fullscreen” will help. [/p][p][/p][p]If you're playing on lower specs, turning off the Steam Overlay may help improve performance. [/p][p]However, in this case, we recommend that you invite yourself to the host's room as a team member rather than the host. [/p][p][/p]
Connection Region
[p]Depending on the region and country you're connecting from, you may not be able to play Steam games smoothly. [/p][p]In this case, there's nothing we can officially do to help. [/p][p]We ask that you use a VPN, accelerator, or other method that works for you. [/p][p]Sometimes programs like AdGuard can cause access issues. You may want to check if you have these programs enabled. [/p][p][/p]
Forwarding log files
[p]If you experience any other issues, it would be very helpful if you could send us the log files with a brief description of the situation. [/p][p]2 log files to forward: Player.log, Player-prev.log [/p][p]Email to [email protected] or You can use the bug-reports channel in Discord too. [/p][p]File location: Win + R and enter %USERPROFILE%\\AppData\\LocalLow\\relugames\\MIMESIS Demo [/p]
