Early Access is a unique development model that allows games to be played as they progress towards a full release. Early Access encourages ongoing updates from developers, while letting players participate in direct feedback through gameplay and community involvement.

Combat Cat Studio is a team of over 20 friends who share the same vision and passion for shooter games. We aimed to create a unique game that could bring joy to the community and ourselves. That's how Wild Assault came to life. From April 2024 to Early Access, we've conducted four open tests. During this journey, we were fortunate enough to receive countless help, feedback, support, and recognition from our community, which allowed us to further polish this project in the right direction. Now that we have enough content for players to fully and sustainably experience Wild Assault, we’ve decided to enter the Early Access phase. We hope to continue collecting valuable feedback from our players during this stage and work tirelessly to reach the next phase: the final release.

Combat Cat Studio plans to continue enriching the content and polishing the gameplay experience of the Early Access version for one year until it reaches the final release stage.

In addition to addressing basic issues and optimizing the experience for the Early Access version, we aim to continue creating new content based on our roadmap for at least one year.
We also plan to further explore possibilities with the Steam Workshop, improved social features, Valiant interaction experiences, Valiant customization, and much more, all to deliver engaging gameplay for our players.[h2]"What is the current state of the Early Access version?"[/h2]
The Wild Assault Early Access version offers
10 Valiants, 30 weapons, 2 game modes, 3 maps, and dozens of cosmetic appearances. It also features a comprehensive tutorial, a Valiant proficiency system, a gunsmith system, and game seasons. Compared to the open test version, we’ve further improved game performance, UI/UX, and visual quality based on community feedback. We hope you enjoy what we have to offer in Early Access!
[h2]"Will you adjust the game price once it reaches the final release stage?"[/h2]
We believe the current price (TBA) reflects the unfinished state of the Early Access version and is a way to express our gratitude to players who actively support the game during this stage. We also promise that all basic Valiants and weapons will be permanently available through free unlockable methods. We plan to slightly adjust the final release price based on the new content and features added during the Early Access phase. However, rest assured, we will ensure the pricing remains fair and reasonable based on the game’s content quality and our community’s feedback.
[h2]"How is the community involved during the game's development, according to your plan?"[/h2]
Combat Cat Studio has been actively following community discussions and collecting feedback on the Steam community and other social media platforms. Additionally, we’ve implemented an in-game feedback function to make it easier for players to express their ideas with us. Moving forward, we will continue to stay connected with our community through developer logs, keeping everyone updated on what we’ve been working on.
