Fixed game crash in multiplayer games when reviving as a character in a non-Tag Team game after previously playing a Tag Team game
Updated the way textures load, which should fix several mod related issues.
Resolutions are now strictly enforced - if you change to an invalid resolution for your display, the game will correct that at all cost (so full screen is always full screen). Windows sizes available are now based on your screen resolution too.
