Hi everyone!

It's already been a week since Super Mining Mechs has released and the reception has exceeded all my expectations. In the first week you've managed to mine well over 60 million tiles... which let's be honest - is just ridiculous haha. The game currently has a 92% positive score on Steam out of 200 reviews and that's really heartwarming. Thank you all for the kind reviews and for sharing all your feedback with me. I read every single one and try to listen carefully to all the feedback I get to make the game a little better every day. Thank you all for your support!!

To celebrate the launch I thought it would be fun to add an exclusive hat just for players who got the game in the first 2 weeks of launch, so I've launched a poll in the Discord for people to vote for their favorite hat. The hat with the most votes will be added at the end of the week!

Patch Notes v1.00.75

Another update with a bunch of fixes and QoL updates. I have been getting reports from players mentioning their game sometimes closes out without an error message. This makes it hard to fix, because the error message usually contains all the info I need to fix the problem. I have spent multiple days investigating this, involving various people (better coders than I am) to get to the bottom of this. It's my main priority. However, I am not able to reproduce the issue for myself. Because of this, I am not able to confirm if my changes and fixes work. Therefore I currently completely rely on everyone to keep reporting if it still happens. So I have a request for anyone that has ever encountered this issue before: please get this latest patch and disable visual effects through the settings menu. If you still get a crash without visual effects on, please let me know! This way we can confirm that the issue is not with the visual effects and will bring me one step closer to narrowing down the root of the issue. In the meantime I have added a setting to increase the auto save interval, so if the game does crash, you don't lose too much progress.
