Outfits and Ollie Changes

Millie
- New outfit: Summer Run (Pants and Bikini versions)
Ollie
- New outfit: Metal Ollie. Bonus: this skin lets Ollie breathe water.
- New outfit: Leopard. Donny's back! In Ollie form!
- Fixed Super Ollie's missing sparkles with his basic outfit.
- Ollie can now roll when landing. Press [attack] in the air and hold while landing to roll.
- Ollie can now Stop Drop (but not roll). Do a [down+air] attack to drop straight down.
- Ollie's wall grind animation now only plays if he's not in ball form.
Enemies
- Crows now show up over the foreground.
- Crawler Golems now stay activated for a short time.
Levels
- Added some invisible collision to Sparkleshine Caves to make some walls easier to wall jump on.

New Outfits and Other Changes

Millie
- New outfit: Gunslinger.

Ollie
- Ollie's buffered jump now correctly does a spin jump instead of a normal one.
- Ollie now jumps a little higher.
- Revised Super Ollie music.
- Adjusted the speeds at which Ollie's different run animations play.
- Ollie's special now drains at a rate of 1.5 mana per second, down from 2.
Levels
- Taking the upper exit of a room now leads to the upper entrance of the next room, not the lower one.
- Entering a room after a checkpoint uses the exit taken before the checkpoint so you're still on the same path.
- The map widget now shows your overall progress through the current stage.
- Revised the layout of some rooms.
Fixes
- Kickbridges are now slightly wider so you don't land on the ground when sliding down the right side of it.
- The camera now tracks the target using a static height. Before, it would change with the character's hit box.

New Character: Ollie the Cat

New character: Ollie the Cat. With the power of the Donut Steel, Ollie is on a mission to defeat the diabolical Dr. Eggberg.
- Ollie's special ability is powered by Mana Crystals. 50 crystals are required to activate it and it drains 2 crystals per second.
- Ollie's special ability changes the music. You can turn this off in the options menu.

Other notes:
- Characters now exit their special at the end of boss battles and when switching.
- Special is no longer drained during boss intros.
- The purse (gelder/mana) is now emptied between levels. They will be added to an account balance with a later update.
- Gelder now auto-magnetizes after one second.
- Magnetized particles now travel faster.
- Got rid of that stupid dip in the one checkpoint room in Petal Pass.
- The character's base height compared to the water level now determines if they're underwater or not.

Obligatory Next-Day Patch

Patch Notes
-The Buzzqueen's 50% HP routine can now interrupt her energy ball phase.
-The Buzzqueen no longer swoops away as far and it no longer fails if the player is far away when it starts.
-Added sound effects to the Buzzqueen's big energy balls.
-Characters now properly bounce back up if they run off the bottom of the level.
-Heather can no longer spam attacks by animation cancelling.
-Changed some springs to override player velocity so the result is a lot less stupid.
-Reduced the area in which you can trigger Kickbridges so it makes more sense.

  • Attacks no longer cause recoil if they kill the enemy. For example, Millie will keep going if she charges into an enemy and kills it.
  • Max Health Hearts dropped by bosses now magnetize immediately.
