Super Drift Blade Playtest Update #5

Hi every one:

Thanks for the feedback.

The Dev is currently working with playtesters to fix bugs and issues found in Playtest #1.
The Demo (battle mechanism prototype) will not be updated in the near future, but a major update is planned for a future Steam Next Fest.

[h2]- Playtest Update Content - [/h2]
[h3]New Additions[/h3]
  • Added Credits section.
  • Added dialogue clues.

[h3]Screens[/h3]
  • Added weaponry and environmental effects.
  • The spawning forest now has a more prominent nighttime atmosphere.
  • The type of trees in the spawning forest have become more diverse.

[h3]UI[/h3]
  • Adjusted the text range of certain UI elements.

[h3]Sounds[/h3]
  • Added music for various areas of the map.
  • Added NPC dialogue and clue sound effects.
  • Adjusted sound effects for when friends teleport.

[h3] Bug Fixes[/h3]
  • Fixed an issue where bamboo shoot harvesting could not be completed.
  • Fixed an issue where your character can die twice in a row.
  • Fixed an issue with invalid items, item values to be adjusted later.
  • Fixed an issue where the small sprite was hard to see while running.
  • Fixed an issue where a tape could not be read.
  • Fixed an issue with NPC dialogue causing errors.

Playtest Release !

Hello everyone!

The playtest is now open! Everyone is welcome to try it out and give me feedback and suggestions.
The overall flow of the game is completely different from the demo now.

We will continue to update the game according to the roadmap, and gradually open up more content in upcoming playtests.

Super Drift Blade Demo & Playtest Update #4

Hi every one:

Thanks for the feedback, this update is as follows:

[h3]- Playtest & Demo Total updates[/h3]
  1. Fixed some localisation issues.
  2. Adjusted the contact range size of some UIs, now easier to manipulate.
  3. Fixed the issue of music not looping.
  4. Adjusted the dialogue box text position, now more centered.

[h3]- Playtest Updates - [/h3]
  1. Added a new clue system.
  2. Adjusted the position and content of some drift bottles.

  1. Added monster drop back.
  2. Added backtracking device for endpoints.
