Gameplay

Optimizations
- Fixed the CPU spikes caused by the BlockLOD system
- Switched font texture settings to prevent Font.CacheFontForText CPU spikes
- Switched all debugging informations and windows to EditorOnly to remove corresponding CPU spikes
- AI vehicle spawner pools vehicles to reduce allocation garbage
- The following changes apply to all areas of the map:
- Removed unneccessary collisions from buildings
- Removed build in tree colliders and added simple capsule colliders where neccessary
- Removed unneccessary scripts from scenes
- Removed unused tree prefabs from terrains
- Bush row collisions replaced with fast and simple boxcollisions
- Traffic lights splitted into technical and visual part and later one integrated into BlockLOD system
