- removed percentage values behind certain city names
- added roadhouses and non city petrolstations to the route planning
- improved AI semi physics
- added icons for each city and sorted them alphabetically (german names)
- added worldmap icons for all remaining roadhouses and petrolstations
- increased map visibility at zooming for all roadhouses and petrolstations out of city borders
- fixed that external sounds were played in cockpit after loading a savegame
