QOL Update : The Fifth Roadmap Update for Sprite's Honor is Complete!

[p][/p][p]Hello, it’s Holographicquad! And we're back with another roadmap update. Phase 5: “Quality of Life🌊” of the Sprite’s Honor roadmap is now complete! The QOL changes focused on enhancing the ease of the gameplay experience. [/p][p][/p][p]Here's some of what's new - > 🌊[/p][p]- Added click and hold to Teal's working[/p][p]- Added click and hold to zoom buttons[/p][p]- Added code to character cycling[/p][p]- Made opening the battle stump require a double click [/p][p]- Refactored house code to fix many issues[/p][p]- Refactored dialogue code to fix many issues[/p][p]- Refactored save system[/p][p]- Can now swap between fairies inside homes[/p][p]- added emote above fairies who need unpacking [/p][p]- fixed issues with Seedling pens [/p][p]- fixed issues with gifting[/p][p]- fixed issues with rewards from diving[/p][p]- Added feature for swapping through tips in oakpedia[/p][p]- fixed issues with pause menu buttons[/p][p]- added click and hold to auto feeder buttons[/p][p]- fixed issues with talking animations[/p][p]- fixed issues and visual issues with special items in the shop[/p][p]- fixed the issue where the fast-forward button was breaking the battle[/p][p]- added visuals to the fast-forward effect in battling[/p][p]- fixed issues with debris [/p][p]- Dia will now show in early cutscenes if unlocked[/p][p]- Every menu can now be exited with ESC[/p][p]- When picking your buddy seedling, you can now use mouse clicks[/p][p]- fixed objects and data that were not correctly loading in after save[/p][p]- added new tips[/p][p]- fixed issues with animations during dialogue[/p][p]- fixed issues when upgrading and selecting characters in the bulletin board [/p][p]- added an option in settings to turn off foreground grass[/p][p]- increased the amount of friendship points you can get[/p][p]- Clicking resources now will automatically give you the max amount (depending on strength stat)[/p][p]- added the ability to hover over the house sign and see who owns it[/p][p]- added sleeping dialogue[/p][p]- fixed issues when stalk seeding was holding weapons and playing correctly [/p][p]- added a button to call all unassigned seedlings to the player[/p][p]- changed: two items will unlock instead of one after a certain number of days[/p][p]- Seedling population is now tracked[/p][p]- fixed numbers showing as decimals after loading in [/p][p]- added money reward for beating gnome battles[/p][p]- added sound to picking seedling dust[/p][p]- fixed issues with destroying occupied houses[/p][p]- made the light area of light sources bright[/p][p]- fixed issues when energy bar wasn't filling if fairy went to bed late[/p][p]- And many other bug fixes![/p][p][/p][p]Things to look out for after updating[/p][p]Save files: Any saves from before this update will not work correctly. I apologize for the inconvenience. However, this QOL update has made significant changes to the save system, so this may not be an issue in future updates. Unfortunately, the code for the save system was done earlier, and it was my first time building such a system.😅[/p][p]Bugs: As always, new updates can introduce new issues.
