Fixes:

Sometimes a voyage was not deleted from the calendar, even if it was no longer needed.
Round-robin tournaments can now start with up to two byes.
Setting a custom program as a favorite no more disble travels.
When managing custom academies, retirement notifications were not sent.
Four staff members did not have a photo associated with their profile.
Some records have been corrected for top players (only for new careers).
The best career rank displayed on the player profile screen was incorrect in some cases.
Minor updates have been made to the user interface and localization.
