Patch v1.2.2 Shop Bugfixes

[p]Okay this will have to be the last patch for now. We realized the shop buying/selling had a couple of bugs and some of the town conditions weren't working properly, so it should all be fixed now![/p][p][/p][h2]CAMPAIGN CHANGES[/h2][p]- Some of the settlement conditions were applying the wrong price modifiers. So a place that was meant to have a discount was increasing costs and a play with increased costs was applying a discount. This has been fixed.[/p][p]- Hearts & Minds doctrine fixed[/p][p]- Salary Reduction doctrine fixed[/p][p]- Fixes where sometimes your items would be valued at “0” to be sold unless you closed the shop window and reopened
[/p][h2]UNIT CHANGES[/h2][p]- French gendarmerie charge increased by +5 to 35. It was previously 35 which meant that when you upgraded from Hussar to Gendarmerie you not only lost 100 manpower in the unit, but you lost -5 charge which felt weird as an “upgrade.”[/p][p]- French Royal Cavalry charge increased by +5 to 45. It was previously 40 which felt low because it was lower than the hussar and gendarmerie despite having the smallest unit size of any of the French cavalry.
[/p][h2]UNIFORM CHANGES[/h2][p]- More fixes made. There was a glitch where if you customized a uniform but then upgraded the unit, it would make it so some parts of the uniform which were changed as part of the upgrade would fallback to a neon green color.[/p][p][/p]
