Pinhead Adventures: 0.1.12: Pin Polish

Hello Adventurers! This week we have a few updates that will enhance the experience and sandbox we are building. On top of a bunch of under the hood changes and fixes, we have all of this fresh off the press for you to enjoy!

Pinhead
New hurt effect when low health
Added statue collection effect to the pinhead
Fixed a situation causing the swinging and shooting to trigger twice
Fixed the face slide animation getting stuck when tripped

Swooper
Fixed swooper diving at player while holding something
Will now hold the Spitter for longer in the air
Fixed swooper sometimes not coming out of a stalled state

Spitter
Shoots Spit faster while being carried
Spitter will shoot more consistently while being carried

Explosive Barrels
Small optimization for explosive barrel explosion

Pinhead Adventures 0.1.11: Swooper's Swooping

The Swooper was a big focus as implementing the new features for Lil Green requires a bit more of the ol spit and polish!

Revamped the Objective complete notification

Pinhead
Jumping with tools improved
Speed lines are now less opaque

Swooper
Fixed pickup targeting below the ground
Fixed flying too high when holding a Spitter
Fixed Spiker colliding with Swooper when picked up
Fixed Swooper combat action sometimes overriding a pickup attempt - causing it to stall
Fixed Spiker stabbing the air when thrown by a Swooper
Swooper will now try to rescue stunned enemies while roaming, causing it to enter combat
Swooper will now dive at the player
New animations have been added!

Pinhead Adventures 0.1.10

Hello Adventurer's!
This week we have a few small fixes for the pinhead, cleaning up some niche issues around the tools.
Most of our development is now focused on Lil Green. In the coming updates, new features will be added to Estoria to tease the new mechanics. As usual, any issues can be posted in the forums.

Pinhead
Fixed an issue causing a double reload or a double shot that could put ammo in the negative
Fixed the sword swing audio playing an extra time
Tools Animations improved - Standing animations play properly now
Fixed a few animation freezes from happening
Speed Lines Fixed

Pinhead Adventures 0.1.9: Proper Pinhead Plopping

Hello Adventurers! This week we wanted to improve on some of the core pinhead mechanics that weren't quite as refined as we liked. This is a definite improvement of the pinheads movement. Please be patient as we address the more niche issues still remaining. Any bugs can be reported in our forums.

Pinhead
Fixed some strange behavior with the slide and slide jumping
Fixed a bug with bonk causing the Pinhead to land on his feet
Fixed a bug causing the swords slide attack to loop
Fixed the pinheads flop, now acts as intended
Interacting has been made more stable
You can no longer interact while sliding
The slide is now much smoother
Look at rotation has been cleaned up
Adjusted sound effects on some animations
Follow camera now follows upwards and downwards while in the air
Added some extra logic to interact to help prevent animation issues
Fixed logic for the Pinhead's head rotation
Rework of speed lines

Orbo
Orbo can no longer grab locked statues

Explosive Barrel
Improved Vfx on explosion

World
Removed refraction effects from most glass. Temporary until a better looking solution can be implemented.

Floating platforms now only make sounds when activated

Minor material changes

Lil Green development is moving along at a steady pace. We will be announcing a release date soon. Stay tuned!

Pinhead Adventures 0.1.8: The Next Gen Update!

With this newest update, players will find truly fantastical fixes and features that'll surely make your heart burn with passion! This is the next generation of updates!

Pinhead
Pinhead has a new translucent material when close to the camera
Pinhead animations - Improved stability of animations
Possibly fixed an issue causing the pinhead to get stuck in air

Estoria
New tutorial Text
Fixed the fallout box around the tutorial. It will no longer trigger improperly
Made some platforming easier on the Yellow Tower
Changed a shortcut available on the Green Tower to be easier to find
Put some hidden upgrade kits around
Fixed the collision around Orbo when leaving the crashed ship
Fixed a light that wasn't powered

Spiker
Stun now cancels any animation currently playing

Swooper
Stun now cancels any animation currently playing

Misc
Options Menu should no longer loose focus of cursor

Space Ship audio improved

Moving platforms are now louder
