UPDATE MM ELO [CLOUD]

[p]The matchmaking system has been fixed after a bug was found that not only failed to grant the intended bonus but was actually reducing ELO. With the latest update, a 15% ELO bonus is now correctly applied to every win based on your current rating. Players are already seeing noticeable gains. Time to climb![/p]
