Patch Notes For June 19

Hello everyone! This update mainly fixes some in-game issues and adds new achievements. Thanks for your feedback and suggestions!

Details of this update:
※Update Adjustments
1.Added a batch of achievements
2.Adjusted the splash effect range

※Bug Fixes
1.Fixed an issue where Healing Tower would fail in some cases
2.Fixed an issue where the Gale Potion talent would behave abnormally in some cases
3.Fixed an issue where character movement would be uncontrollable when using a controller in some cases
