Patch Notes for 8.22

1. Fixed the issue where under certain circumstances elite monsters could be Paralyzed or Frozen
2. Fixed the issue where under certain circumstances the game would crash in PVP mode
3. Fixed the issue where under certain circumstances using Dwarf Star would cause the game to lag
4. Fixed the issue where the Shield value display was improper
