Gold Mining Simulator 2 – Development Statement ⛏️ Small surprise inside!

We want to take a moment to clear up some confusion following our latest dev stream. It seems some of you have interpreted differently what was said, it wasn`t our intention sorry, so here’s the official update – clear, honest, and straight to the point.
[h3]❗ First things first:[/h3]
The demo will NOT be released in the first half of the year.
On stream, we mentioned that we aim to launch a playtest or demo during the first half of 2025. That was our plan, but will not be able to launch open trials in the first half of the year, but the internal testing has already started with our QA team.
The reason is that after the first internal tests, we decided that the demo should be modified in terms of content and design
We’re sharing this openly because transparency matters – and we want you with us every step of the way.
Streams are meant for casual chats and previews. Official announcements will always be posted here on Steam and our social media.
[h3]🛠️ What’s the actual plan?[/h3]
Here’s how our development roadmap currently looks:

We can also confirm that multiplayer will be tested publicly at some point. When? When we’re ready. we if need to declare something now, it will be closer to premiere of the game.

We’re working on the first official devlog, planned to drop later this month! Expect more behind-the-scenes updates, development insights, and yes – new gameplay footage.
