[h2]Hey Castaways, [/h2][p][/p][p]We’ve rolled out a small update focused on polishing a few systems, squashing some pesky bugs, and adding a couple of new graphics options based on community feedback.[/p][p][/p][p]Thanks to everyone who’s been playing the demo and sending us feedback and bug reports. It really helps us make the game better! 💛[/p][p][/p][h3]🐛Bugfixes:[/h3]

• [p]Paper trash is now sorted separately from other recycling (paper food packaging still belongs in the trash)[/p]
• [p]Fixed misaligned checkboxes in the bug-reporter window[/p]
• [p]Fixed grass sometimes casting incorrect shadows on Mac[/p]
• [p]Flowers no longer disappear on the lowest graphics settings[/p]
• [p]F12 no longer opens the bug reporter (moved to the [c]0[/c] key) so Steam screenshots can be used normally[/p]
• [p]Capy can no longer dig on hard surfaces[/p]
• [p]The restart button on the pause menu now works again[/p]

• [p]Interacting with objects and locking onto them as Corvi should now feel more comfortable and responsive[/p]
• [p]Added a V-Sync toggle (by popular demand!)[/p]
• [p]Added a Chromatic Aberration toggle so you can disable the red/blue edge effect while keeping the rest of the post-processing visuals[/p]
• [p]Babybell’s animation and model have been adjusted (more fluff and her knees bend forward correctly!)[/p]
• [p]The mysterious shadow in the water is now more subtle[/p]

[p][/p][h3]We’re so excited to finally share our illustrated key art for Capy Castaway, made in-house by our Creative Director, Saffron Aurora! 💛[/h3][p]You may recognize some of her previous work for Wholesome Direct![/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]A lot of care and detail went into this piece, with plenty of references and easter eggs.[/p][p]At the center, you’ll see Capy and Corvi, our two cute protagonists. Corvi flies right through the middle of the composition, overlapping the cluttered world above, with Capy swimming through the world below. [/p][p][/p][p]Two worlds, two characters, mirroring the themes and gameplay of Capy Castaway! [/p][p][/p][h2]🌊 The World Below[/h2][p][/p][p]In a flooded world, Capy can be seen swimming through lily pads, duckweed, and floating yuzu. [/p][p][/p][p]You’ll see a parade of animals in the background...[/p][p]If you look closely, you'll see that they're all playing musical instruments; if you listen closely, you can hear the same instruments in-game. 🎵[/p][p][/p][h2]🌸 The Spirit World Above[/h2][p][/p][p][/p][p]Above the divide, a mysterious figure looks down on everything...[/p][p]Familiar objects are scattered around, with some smaller, curious characters.
