DEMO PATCH #44.2 - TRADING & DEVOTION

Hey everyone!

Two new features! TRADING and DEVOTION, now you can also trade with and buy other camps, and the powers are used differently with the devotion system.



[h2]Here are the changes for this patch:[/h2]
[h3]NEW[/h3]
🔹DEVOTION - A mana cost for using powers.
🔹POWER USE - Now the cursor will react as you select a power.
🔹TRADEPOST - Build a tradepost and trade with the nearby villages and eventually Buy the entire camp.
🔹BRAZIER - New "building" that lights the area around it
🔹MESSAGE SOUNDS - The message prompts now have sounds for positive and negative events.

[h3]TWEAKS[/h3]
🔹Multiply power now works in enemy camps
🔹Villagers no longer heal from eating.
🔹Raise Dead & Revie power only targets one character now.

[h3]FIXES[/h3]
🔹Sawyer could use 0 logs for making planks with double perks.
🔹Archers not shooting
🔹Forrester only picked acorns from the ground.
🔹John Smith bug happening on reload.
🔹Foresters planting trees outside of the area
🔹Dropping resources on dead no longer gets consumed
🔹Signs prayer didn't save the progress on reload.

DEMO PATCH #43 - FORESTER

Hey everyone!

So finally more buildings and we're starting with the one that a lot of you have requested, the forester who will plant trees.



[h3]Here are the changes for this patch:[/h3]
[h2]NEW[/h2]
🔹FORESTER PROFESSION - A forester will plant trees within an area, and a new tutorial for it.
🔹PRAYER ICONS - some more and new prayer icons.
🔹EDGE PANNING - The screen will pan if the cursor moves to the edge of the screen.

[h2]TWEAKS[/h2]
🔹Enemy camps no longer have environmental objects
🔹Enemy corpses now decay
🔹Enemy corpses can now be picked up
🔹House is removed for now

[h2]FIXES[/h2]
🔹Villagers praying for hurting villagers who left camp or are already dead
🔹Undead would generate faith
🔹Lumberjack and Miner runs straight into enemy camp and dies
🔹Stonemason was invisible when broken
🔹Enemy camps won't drop the General Food item

The next thing we're working on and hopefully will be able to post next week is the Trading, and Trade Post. Try the early test branch if you want to try it now.
After that we're going to be working on the priest, to have more ways to convert the other villages.

DEMO PATCH #42.3 - SAVE FIX & QUALITY OF LIFE

Hey everyone

We think that we found all edge cases with the saving bugs, so it should be much more stable now, we also added better readability for the prayers and general Prayer balance

[h3]Here are the changes for this patch:[/h3]
[h2]NEW[/h2]
🔹PRAYERS - More prayers, like reive or wishing someone to get hurt
🔹PRAYER PROGRESSION - you'll now be able to see how close you are to completing a prayer.
🔹PAY ANIMATION - The villagers now have an animation when their prayer is fulfilled

[h2]TWEAKS[/h2]
🔹Pressing ESC now always brings you to the same page of the pause menu
🔹Birds will no longer despawn while on screen
🔹Using UI menus will no longer affect the camera movement
🔹Archers with long-range wouldn't be close enough to fulfill killing prayer
🔹enemies no longer have killing prayer
🔹Villagers are more spread out when praying by the altar and won't shuffle anymore.
🔹Only villagers with low faith will receive a prayer.
🔹Max amount of prayers at a time in the village is set to 5

[h2]FIXES[/h2]
🔹SAVE BUGS - Hopefully, all the bugs causing the save to become corrupt.
🔹The disease could make enemies move backward
🔹Gifts in inventory did not save
🔹Gifts could be given to the dead multiple times
🔹Hotkeys could activate multiple powers at the same time
🔹Characters multiplying endlessly
🔹Enemy camps were not being destroyed correctly, still blocking items from being picked up

Please try it out and let us know if you encounter any more bugs.

DEMO PATCH #42 - TIME CONTROL, MUSIC & PRAYERS

So another patch is here and we have a lot of fixes to offer but also some juicy tweaks and new stuff!
🔸 42.1 Hotfix

[h3]Here are the changes for this patch:[/h3]
[h2]NEW[/h2]
🔹RACE SELECTION - You can now pick the race you want to start with.
🔹PRAYERS - 7 Prayers, some are dynamic.
🔹UNDEAD ANIMATIONS - New animations for the undead
🔹TIME CONTROL - You can now speed up the game
🔹NEW MUSIC - So new main menu music and daytime music
🔸 TOOLTIPS - Tooltips are now shown in the game.

🔹ALIGNMENT - We removed alignment for now let us know if it feels better.
🔹We improved the tutorials a bit
🔹Improved performance when having a bunch of undead.
🔹Some visual altar adjustments.
🔹Improved prayer feedback.
🔹Improved Renaming functionality for villagers
🔹Wildlings and enemies now have lifting and interaction audio
🔹Improved visuals for banner to easier see the state.

[h2]FIXES[/h2]
🔹Fixed a bunch of localization errors.
🔹Destroying enemy altar would cause resource duplication if you saved and came back.
🔹Enemy corpses could float around in the air.
🔹Fixed interaction with villagers so its easier to grab items from them.
🔹Shift placing trees would add trees to the center.
🔹Wildlings would not stop when killed by lightning.
🔹Saving undead could cause some issues.
🔹Could not use Raise dead on wildlings,
🔹Items getting stuck on mouse.
🔸Multiplying villager who is leaving base.

The game still has some bugs so please report anything you find and let us know what you think.
