An emergency maintenance was conducted starting from 4:50 on 10/18/2025 JST, during which the game was inaccessible.
This maintenance has ended as of 21:00 on 10/21/2025 JST.
We sincerely apologize for the great inconvenience caused to all players.

[h2]Background and Measures Taken[/h2]

From around 1:26 on 10/11/2025 JST, a database failure occurred, preventing character data from being properly saved.
Since then, several maintenance sessions were carried out over the following days.

As a result of our investigation, we determined that the database was likely corrupted due to multiple factors.
We have since implemented system recovery and countermeasures to prevent the recurrence of similar issues.

〇 Measure 1: About Rollback
For the maintenance completed on 10/21/2025 JST, no rollback was performed.
Gameplay progress after the maintenance on 10/17/2025 JST is retained.
Note: The rollback performed at the end of the maintenance on 10/17/2025 restored data to the 10/9/2025 maintenance point.


〇Measure 2: Temporary Closure of Shopping Plaza
Due to the rollback process, some system instability has been detected.
To ensure safety, the Shopping Plaza will remain temporarily closed.
It is scheduled to reopen during the maintenance on 10/24/2025 JST.


〇Measure 3: Deletion of Certain Data
We have deleted some data from accounts that have not logged in for an extended period.
We deeply apologize for carrying out this deletion without prior notice.
※The Character Data itself will not be deleted, some data such as friend information will be deleted.

 ◆Deletion conditions:
 ・Users who have not logged in since 0:00 on 6/30/2022 JST.

 ◆Deleted content:
 ・Items in the Present Box, except those obtained through specific campaigns such as Cumulative Purchase Bonus Campaign.
 ・Certain friend list data
  ※If a deleted character was on your friend list, that friend will be removed automatically.
 ・Chat group data
  ※If a deleted character was a chat group leader, another member will automatically become the new leader.


〇Measure 4: Anti-Cheat Actions
We have taken countermeasures against cheating activities that were suspected to be affecting server stability.
Appropriate actions have also been taken against the users involved.

A Fever Time event will be held with the following bonuses:

 From the end of the maintenance on 10/21/2025 JST
 until 13:59 on 11/6/2025 JST


[h3]③Relaxation of Succession Removal Conditions[/h3]
Normally, characters who do not log in for over four weeks (28 days) lose their Succession status during maintenance.
This condition will be temporarily extended to eight weeks (56 days).
It will return to four weeks after a future maintenance.

[hr][/hr][h2]Future Compensation Plans[/h2]
A separate maintenance will be conducted later to provide the following compensations.
Details, including the claim period, will be announced later.

[h3]①Refund of Paid OC[/h3]

Paid OC consumed during the rollback period remain reduced and will be refunded in a future maintenance.
※Free OC were restored to their pre-consumption amounts through rollback.

[h3]②Nyankoropon Compensation[/h3]

Players who played Nyankoropon during the affected period will receive the following items

・Dropped items (only recipes and materials worth 1000 ryou or more)

 Items obtained between maintenance on 10/9/2025 JST and 10/14/2025 JST


[h3]④Additional Monthly Achievement Counts[/h3]

15 days will be added to all characters Monthly Login Achievement counters.
※For the Daily Achievements and Weekly Achievements, the corresponding reward items will be sent directly as compensation items.


[h3]⑤Return of Bazzar Coins and Related Adjustments[/h3]

Other compensations are also planned as follows. Further details will be announced separately.

■Refund of Bazzar Coins
Bazzar Coins (revenue collected from Bazzar) were not rolled back and will be refunded.

■Adjustment of Bazzar Revenue
If players collected stall revenue between maintenance on 10/9/2025 JST and 10/14/2025 JST,
their collected OC were not rolled back, while the Bazzars’ sales data and unsold items were rolled back to their previous state.
As a result, affected characters may temporarily possess more coins than intended.
To correct this, we may reduce the corresponding stall revenue obtained during this period.

New events and Nyankoropon additions originally planned for the maintenance on 10/23/2025 JST will be rescheduled.
We will announce the updated schedule once it is confirmed.
