Notice Regarding Compensation for the Database Issue

Compensation for the database issue that occurred on 10/11/2025 JST and the subsequent long-term maintenance will be carried out during the maintenance on 10/24/2025 JST
Please note that there are some changes from the previously announced details. We appreciate your understanding.

 Until 13:59 on 11/20/2025 JST

※Items will be delivered to an account's present box.
 Gifts can be received by navigating to the [Menu] → [System] → [Present] screens.

[h3]②Refund of Paid OC[/h3]
Paid OC consumed during the rollback period remain reduced and will be refunded in a future maintenance.
※Free OC were restored to their pre-consumption amounts through rollback.

 Paid OC used between maintenance on 10/9/2025 JST and 10:30 on 10/15/2025 JST

[h3]③Nyankoropon Compensation[/h3]
Players who played Nyankoropon during the affected period will receive the following items

■Compensation Items
 ・Limited Gacha Ticket ×5
 ・SP Gacha Ticket ×5

◆Eligibility
 Characters who played Nyankoropon at least once between maintenance on 10/9/2025 JST and 10:30 on 10/15/2025 JST

◆Claim Deadline
 Until 13:59 on 11/20/2025 JST

[h3]④Return of Items Obtained from Monster Defeats[/h3]
Items obtained through the following methods during the period affected by the issue will be sent to the eligible characters.
In our previous announcement, only dropped items that were [recipe materials or items with a sell value of 1,000 ryo or more] were to be compensated.
However, as recovery has now become possible, the scope has been expanded to include all dropped items except ryo and exp.

 Items obtained between maintenance on 10/9/2025 JST and 10:30 on 10/15/2025 JST through the following means(except ryo and exp.).

15 days will be added to all characters Monthly Login Achievement counters.

◆Eligibility

[h3]Future Compensations[/h3]
Other compensations are also planned as follows.
We sincerely apologize for the delay in processing.
Details will be announced in a future notice.

■Refund of Bazzar Coins
Bazzar Coins (revenue collected from Bazzar) were not rolled back and will be refunded.

■Adjustment of Bazzar Revenue
If players collected stall revenue between maintenance on 10/9/2025 JST and 10:30 on 10/15/2025 JST,
their collected OC were not rolled back, while the Bazzars’ sales data and unsold items were rolled back to their previous state.
As a result, affected characters may temporarily possess more coins than intended.
To correct this, we may reduce the corresponding stall revenue obtained during this period.
