Regarding balance adjustments on 2/19
Greetings from the Onigiri Service Team.
During the maintenance on 2/19/2026, the following balance adjustments will be implemented.
In addition, various bug fixes will be carried out and some skill descriptions will be revised.
Unless a specific difficulty is stated, the changes apply to all difficulties.
◆Regarding Changes to Skill Power
If there is a discrepancy between the displayed power and the actual damage dealt, the damage distribution per hit and the skill power will be adjusted. In such cases, adjustments will be made to ensure that there are no major fluctuations from the damage previously dealt.
Numerical values will only be listed in the adjustment details when the skill power is modified for the purpose of increasing damage.

[h3]Sarutobi Sasuke Balance Adjustment[/h3]
The balance adjustments for Sarutobi Sasuke are as follows:
◆ Specification Changes
・For certain skills, when a target is selected, the character will now face the target at the start of the skill or at the moment the attack is executed.
・For certain skills, the target marker will now change when entering the skill’s effective range.
・Skills that previously could not be canceled will now be cancelable.
・Motions that did not reflect attack speed will now properly reflect attack speed.
・Certain skills voice will be adjusted.
・AI behavior while accompanying will be adjusted.
・A Help Panel has been added to the Partner Window.
◆ Bug Fixes
・Fixed an issue where certain skill effects would remain active continuously.

◆ Changes to Buff [Increase]
Some of Sarutobi Sasuke’s skills include the buff Increase. The previous specifications and the updated changes are as follows:
Previous Buff Increase Specifications:
・Activated with a certain probability when specific skills hit.
・The buff has levels. If activated while a same buff's previous level already applied, the level increases and the effect is enhanced. At this time, the duration resets. If already at the final level, only the duration resets while the enhanced effect remains.
・The buff type differs depending on the skill difficulty. The level can only be increased by using the same skill at the same difficulty.
Example:
After (Ninja Arts) Shadow Stomp - V activates the buff, even if (Ninja Arts) Shadow Stomp - VI activates the buff, the level will not increase because they are considered different types.
Changes to Buff [Increase]:
・The activation timing has been changed from [on hit] to [upon skill activation].
・The activation has been changed from probability-based to guaranteed.
・The buff effect has been unified per skill. As a result, using different difficulties of the same skill will now increase the buff level.
Please refer to each skill’s description for the updated buff details.
Example:
After (Ninja Arts) Shadow Stomp - V activates the buff, activating (Ninja Arts) Shadow Stomp - VI will now increase the level.

・The hit detection from the Speaker will now occur at the coordinates of nearby enemies.
・Fixed an issue where the skill level would not increase.

・Triggered with a certain probability when specific skills hit.
・All effects increased Attack Power.
・There were three buffs (Attack Power +10%, Attack Power +10%, Attack Power +15%), each activated by different skills.※The three buffs could be active simultaneously.
・Only one level existed, with no further enhancement.
Changes to the Buff [Increase]:
・The activation timing has been changed from on-hit to upon skill activation.
・The activation condition has been changed from probability-based to guaranteed.

Some of Houou's skills include the buff [Increase]. The previous specifications and the changes are as follows:
Previous Specifications of the Buff [Increase]:

・All effects increased Attack Power.
・There were three buffs (Attack Power +10%, Attack Power +10%, Attack Power +15%), each activated by different skills.※The three buffs could be active simultaneously.

Changes to the Buff [Increase]:
・The activation timing has been changed from on-hit to upon skill activation.
