Issue Concerning the Cumulative OC Purchase Campaign
Greetings from the Onigiri Service Team.
We identified an issue that affected the Cumulative OC Purchase Campaign, which was held from 4/19/2021 14:00 JST until 5/17/2021 14:00 JST, in which rewards were not correctly distributed to players.
We took the following actions in concerns to this issue.
-[Premium Gacha Ticket] and [SP Gacha Ticket] items were deleted during 5/17/2021 maintenance as planned.
-During the 5/17/2021 maintenance, players that were affected by the issue were sent the items they were missing.
These items will be deleted during maintenance on 6/14/2021 at 14:00 JST.
