Connection Failure, Recovery, and Compensation Notice

A connection error occurred beginning at about 9:18 am on 11/23/2023 PST.
This issue has now been resolved.
To compensate for this error, we will send the following items to all existing accounts as of 4:00 pm on 11/23/2023 PST.
■Compensation Items
・Full Energy Restorative x2
・ALL Boost +200% (60Min.) x2
・Login Boost Ticket x1
※Items will be delivered to an account's present box.
Gifts can be received by navigating to the [Menu] → [System] → [Present] screens.
※Item can only be recieved by one character per account, so please select the correct character.
