We have confirmed the following issue within our service team:
・After the maintenance conducted on Thursday, 8/1/2024JST, dut to the suspension of the player bazaars in the Steam version of Onigiri, items listed for sale were sent to the present box, However, if the number of items exceeded the possession limit due to the listing status, players were unable to receive the gift items.
We plan to address this issue during the maintenance scheduled for Thursday, 8/8/2024, by separation the gift items. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
