"Island, Sex & Survival" tells the story of a desperate individual who sets out to sea on a ship to repay a massive debt. However, a shipwreck occurs, and the vessel is lost. Fortunately, you survive and are carried by the current to a mysterious island. On the island, you build a camp and start a new life. During your journey, you meet the local native, Nadi, rescue other survivors, and deepen your relationships with various partners through repeated encounters. With their help, you expand and develop your base, explore the island's unknown areas, and uncover more treasures and secrets.
The gameplay features a text adventure combined with light survival gathering and crafting systems. You will build and develop your base to promote more interactions. In addition to the native Nadi, you will control ancient weapons to shoot down planes, bringing more companions to the island. There are six female characters with distinct personalities who will join you in exploring the mysterious island. As a gentleman, you will undoubtedly want to explore these women's secret deltas as well....
