[h3]INSPIRATION[/h3]

The name of the new Battle Pass is a reference to Gorgon. Gorgon is a creature from ancient Greek myths. Or rather a family of creatures that share some peculiar traits. Their hair was made of living, venomous snakes, and seeing their faces would petrify you. Quite literally. And there were three of them! Almost a squad… Wait a minute.

Despite their appearance (and frankly who are we to judge it), Gorgons are a symbol… both of heroic accomplishments and sisterly love – perfect theme for an all-female top-tier squad.

Speaking of heroic accomplishments, only one of the Gorgon sisters was mortal – namely, Medusa. She ended up being killed by a Greek hero Persei and thus became the most famous out of three. Pretty sad really.

Nowadays, Medusa gets regularly portrayed in various forms of mass media but no one really knows its dark secrets… Will you?
