In this update, we’ve fixed some bugs and added changes to the content. We will also be distributing a compensation pack for the technical issues some players may have experienced in the game recently.

Some players may have experienced prolonged technical issues in the game. We understand that these disruptions have impacted your gaming experience, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Our development team has been working tirelessly around the clock to resolve these issues and ensure a smoother and more enjoyable gaming environment for all our players.

We will be distributing a special log-in gift set as an apology to all players starting from today and lasting until January 18th.

[h3]Weapons and Gear[/h3]

• Taurus Raging Hunter:
  
• Lowered the fire rate from 175 to 160 (180 to 165 for the golden version);
  
• "Deadeye" mod: lowered the RPM debuff from 15% to 10%;
  
• "High Noon" mod:
  
  • lowered the fire rate buff from 65% to 55%;
    
  • the damage fall-off debuff has been swapped for a lower overall damage by 90 points.

Dev comment: "We're glad that the players like the new sidearm, and the modded builds found their use. However, the revolver is too powerful in any of its versions, especially with the RPM buffing mod. We've left its signature two-shot style at any distance, but also debuffed its RPM in the base and the modded versions. The high RPM build has also undergone some changes to how it deals damage. Now, outside its effective range, the revolver won't be able to two-shot an enemy. This will allow for more counterplay options."

• GForce Arms Huckleberry: fixed a bug, due to which the reloading animation would sometimes break when spamming the reload button.
  
• STK CMCR: fixed a bug, due to which the weapon's sounds would sometimes disappear.

• "King of the Hill" mode: fixed a bug, due to which the active capture point was sometimes displayed as inactive.
  
• RM: fixed a bug, due to which some prohibited items were displayed as available to use in ranked matches.
  

[h3]PvE and SpecOps[/h3]

• Fixed a bug, due to which it was sometimes impossible to create a custom PvE room.

• Fixed a bug, due to which the special offer pop-up wouldn't disappear after purchasing the item from the offer.
  
• Fixed a bug, due to which the Killer Whale Stun Baton box didn't have the permanent version of the weapon.
  
• Fixed a bug, due to which it was impossible to add a festive skin to the Claymore.

Meet agent Hund, a Rifleman who values loyalty and protecting those around him above all else! Join him and his patrol in the snowy Greenlandic desert and explore his set, among which you’ll find “Saturn” series weapons, unique achievements and charms.

[h3]Details[/h3]

Magnus was born and raised in Denmark, and after graduating from the military academy, he joined the Danish Special Forces. His unit went through many hot spots, participating in government-led operations against armed gangs in various volatile regions. And as fate would have it, one of these operations went terribly wrong. After his squad was taken down, as the sole survivor of his squad, Magnus fell into the clutches of a trafficking ring, with his superiors presuming him dead. Left to his own devices, he orchestrated multiple escape attempts before successfully reclaiming his freedom and returning home to Denmark, where no one was expecting to see him, at least not breathing.

Haunted by the loss of friends on the frontlines and the abandonment he experienced in his darkest hour, Magnus, devoid of family ties, opted to retire from military service. He retired and settled in a remote fishing town in Greenland, bought a boat and hoped of leading a peaceful and solitary life. However, the tranquillity was short-lived. Eventually, trouble found its way to the city, suspicious individuals started infiltrating the town. After a close encounter with armed bandits from the desolate north, Magnus rallied the local villagers into a makeshift militia to fight off the attackers. Despite their success, it became evident that the attacks will persist. So he identified the two most capable individuals among the villagers and formed a patrol unit to safeguard the snowy desert and counter any future attacks and stop the raiders for good. Magnus chose the code name "Saturn" for his team in honour of his dog, who died, valiantly defending the city during the initial onslaught.

The "Saturn" weapon series is inspired by the cold, unforgiving Arctic and Hund’s own late dog. Equip the themed guns and use their power to protect those in need! The weapon series includes the STK CMCR, the Makarov Pistol and the Survival Machete.

A very merry update has been installed on the game server, delivering a new "Winter Fest" event with a brand-new mode "King of the Hill", a holly bunch of new thematic items in the "Hygge" and "Yule" series, a festively redecorated "Xmas Trailer Park" map and a number of fixes.

• Fixed a bug due to which it was impossible to exit the scoreboard by pressing Esc.
  
• Updated localisation: added missing localisations, fixed some inconsistencies.

The air has a special chill to it, decorations are popping up left and right, the only thing that seems to be missing… is a challenge! Join the Winter Fest, embrace the festivities and of course, get ice cool arms that perfectly fit the season.

[h2]New PvP mode "King of the Hill"[/h2]
In this mode, your goal is to team up and capture and control special points on the map for as long as you can! The longer you hold down the fort, the more points you get, and the team with the most points takes the fruit cake. Easy, right?

[h3]How do the points work?[/h3]
Around the map, you’ll find several control points, but only one is active at a time. That active point is your team's target. You instantly capture the point if you step within the point boundary and there are no enemy players in that radius. If you or anybody from your team are present at the point after capturing it, the point is considered secured, and you get points for every second you remain king of the hill.

If the point you need to capture is under the control of the enemy team, you will first have to show them the door before the point can be captured again. And if both teams are present within the point boundary at the same time, the point becomes neutral and no one gets any points.



[h3]Who wins?[/h3]
The team that scores the most points by the end of the match wins. The fight can end after the timer runs out, or after a team reaches 1000 points. If the score remains equal, the battle will end in a draw.

[h3]Xmas Trailer Park[/h3]
The PvP part of the event will take place on the festively redecorated XMAS Trailer Park map, added especially for the new mode. It has all the incidents for the perfect holiday cheer: snow, gifts, lights and lots of "Easter Eggs"! Can you spot them all?

[h2]PvE part of the event[/h2]
The Special Operations you know and love are back from Santa's workshop and are ready for you to beat them all over again! Take part in the event by completing Special Operations “Villa Valhalla”, “Icebreaker”, “Hydra” and “Swarm”. The event currency is granted only for the first successful mission completion once a week.

[h3]Event Screen[/h3]
On the event screen, you'll see a progress bar with three check-points. A new check-point will unlock once enough event points have scored. You can contribute and score points by completing the event contracts!



Once your progress reaches a check-point, you'll get a thematic reward:

• Hygge Gerber Tomahawk for 1000 event points,
  
• Yule Goat Charm for 2,500 event points,
  
• Hygge Buckled Lupara for 5,000 event points.

[h2]Event showcase with a progress bar[/h2]
Just like in the Halloween event, "Winter Fest" offers a showcase with a reward progress bar.



Each refresh activation adds to the progress bar. When 100% of the bar is reached, you'll get an exclusive offer to choose one of four valuable items as a present. After making your choice, the other items become unavailable, the progress bar resets, and you can fill it up again and reach a new offer. The amount of offers is unlimited. The items for special offers are chosen randomly and may repeat.

[h3]What are the event rewards?[/h3]
Among the event rewards, you'll find weapons from the new "Yule" and “Hygge” series! To get the weapons, you'll need to collect special cards by purchasing them in the event showcase for Black Market Coins. The Black Market offers weapon charms and skins.

"Yule" series
Yule is nigh and the gods of the old are back with a vengeance! Meet the winter solstice with guns blazing and be ready to dish out a feast! The series includes the SA Hellion, Beretta PMX, VEPR VPO-X3 and the OTs-48K MK2.

The design of this series whispers of festive fairy-tales, and the patterns on the arms provide a pinch of wintry magic. The series includes the SVCh-54, K&M Arms M17, GForce Arms Huckleberry and the Taurus CT9 G2.
