New Battle Pass Season already in game!

Friends!

The Battle Pass "Legends" starts with the new season! We decided to launch a new one with minimal changes. Items in the BP shop and progression rewards have been updated, while the daily mission system and class-specific contracts remained unchanged.
Main Battle Pass Rewards
Four cool guns of the "Undead" series are available in the Battle Pass store: the SA Hellion assault rifle, the Benelli M2 SP rifle, the Vigilance Rifles A-M20 submachine gun and the Barrett M82A1 sniper rifle. By the way, the "Undead" weapon series is a direct reference to the legendary special operation "Cyber Horde".
SA Hellion
The SA Hellion is a Springfield Armory's version of the Croatian 5.56 bull-pup rifle VHS-2. The novelty has high base damage, good range and rate of fire. Mods can be installed on the rifle (including unique ones). In addition, the weapon has a unique inspection animation (displayed while idle).

The first mod significantly increases the magazine capacity without any negative effects. The second mod increases damage by 55 points, reduces the rate of fire by 30%, slightly increases recoil and reduces accuracy.
Benelli M2 SP
It's a semi-automatic rifle developed by the Italian company Benelli Armi for shooting competitions. The novelty has high damage and an excellent rate of fire, as well as a capacious magazine. One of the features of the M2 SP is the sport reload, which allows you to load 2 rounds at a time.

You can install mods to the novelty, including unique ones. One of them significantly increases the damage and accuracy of fire and reduces the rate of fire and the total number of pellets. The second mod significantly increases the number of pellets of each shot, reducing their damage, range and accuracy.
Vigilance Rifles A-M20
The Vigilance Rifles A-M20 developed by the Vigilance Rifles company is equipped as the Engineer's main weapon and has excellent base and minimum damage, high rate of fire, good range and fast reload.

The weapon can be used with mods, including unique ones. The first mod increases the magazine capacity and rate of fire, reduces reload speed, while increasing recoil. The second mod increases the overall damage and the damage multiplier to the head, while reducing the rate of fire.
Barrett M82A1
The Barrett M82A1 is a bolt-action sniper rifle. It has great damage indicators, high aiming speed, as well as unique attachments - a silencer, a bipod and a scope.

The Barrett M82A1 is very similar in performance to the AWP - it also has high damage and a very low rate of fire. The weapon differs from the competitor in the principle of shooting and has a silencer that does not reduce the characteristics, as well as a unique bipod that increases the rate of fire in the prone position. The arm has a unique digital sight with a compass, rangefinder and a display that shows the angle of inclination, the system time and the number of eliminated opponents. In addition, it highlights players when hovering over them.
Parts in the Shop
In the new Battle Pass, you can earn up to 10,000 parts to purchase and upgrade mods. You can get them in the Battle Pass store.
Progression
Progression levels remain unchanged. The basic progression chain consists of 25 levels, the additional one consists of 175 (200 levels in total).

As for progression rewards, the system remains familiar: for the main levels, you'll receive achievements, charms, skins and two additional weapons (a cleaver and a pistol), for additional levels - coins for purchases in the Battle Pass store.

You can see rewards for levels in a website publication.
Class-Specific Contracts
At level 15 of the Battle Pass (if you have premium access), 4 class-specific contracts will become available to you: for Rifleman, Medic, Engineer, and Sniper. Completing them will earn you enough BP coins to purchase all items from the Battle Pass store, as well as 4 unique achievements!

The rest of the Battle Pass mechanics remain the same, only the rewards have changed. If you want to refresh your memory and remember how it works, check out our article about the previous Battle Pass.

Let's recall the main feature in this Battle Pass. In order to get all the guns, it will be enough for you to complete 4 class-specific contracts. You'll earn BP XP and complete contracts at the same time, so if you play actively, you'll be able to claim all the guns, as well as accumulate enough coins to purchase parts!

The new Battle Pass will be available in the game with the start of the new season.

Stay tuned!

Agent Buffalo now in Warface!

Friends!

A new agent is already available in the game! Ben Wheelson, aka agent Buffalo, has joined the ranks of Engineers. Ben grew up in Kansas, in a family of Native American-Comanche descent. In his youth, he was fond of football and boxing. When he was serving in the army, he attracted attention of government officials. And after the service, he joined the ranks of secret agents. For five years, nothing was heard of him, until one day Ben returned to his native Kansas. He thought that he could find peace, but fate decreed otherwise...

The Agent is part of the "Side by Side" seasonal update. You can learn more about it in a special event.
Details
Ben grew up in Kansas, in a family of Native American-Comanche descent. He was a tough guy, athletic, and obviously the captain of his high school's football team. However, Ben led an openly disorderly lifestyle and was not accepted into the professional football league. At the insistence of his father, he joined the army, where he continued competing in football and boxing, but now on behalf of his unit. Ben probably would have served his entire sentence without even touching a gun, but repeated breaches of discipline eventually led him to the brig. Command was ready to send Ben to a godforsaken base on a nameless island in the Pacific.

Yet just a couple of days before being sent to the brig, government officials came and offered Wheelson a job — they needed a healthy, resilient, and reckless specialist like Ben, and his lack of military experience wasn't an issue. Wheelson accepted the offer, and after only an hour, "left to an unknown destination" as stated in his file.

About five years later, he reappeared in his home state bruised, covered in scars and… missing a leg. But with a lot of money in his bank account. Ben Wheelson purchased a farm, which the state had seized from his father due to debt, and opened a garage where he spent most of his days. And during the night he would tell tales about his service at a local bar. Although he did omit classified details, of which there were many, he was more talkative than Dyke and Dr. May. Moreover, it turned out that they all served in the same unit, which took up special tasks from the European Alliance. On one of his missions, Ben was blown up by a simple mine, while covering for Francis, and it was Timothy who literally pieced him back together after the incident. But he couldn’t save Ben's leg.

Eventually, the town where Buffalo lived was attacked by Blackwood soldiers, who destroyed everything in their path, including the farm (apparently, in search of some VIP that was needed for their purposes). Once Buffalo returned after spending some time in the desert and found only ashes, he decided to find the villains responsible for this mess. But he fails solo and is captured and later rescued by Dyke and May, who are completing their mission for Unknown.

Soon in Game: New "Plant the Bomb" Map

Friends!

We have some excellent news for the fans of the "Plant the Bomb" mode — a new map called "Antenna" will soon appear in the game! Find more about this map and check out its visuals in this article.

About the Map
In the previous special operation "Rift: Infiltration", the squad had successfully neutralized the objective — the Sedrium storage — and left the bridge in a hurry to escape the poisonous gas that started spreading after the explosion. The intelligence team discovered another infrastructural facility that strengths the defence of the Labyrinth base, a contact point. Blackwood set out to destroy the object's facilities to lower Labyrinth's defences. Warface will put their lives on the line to stop them and save the base.
"Antenna" in the Game
We've prepared a top-down view of the map, so you can familiarise yourselves with the bases, key spots, and bomb planting sites. Take a closer look at the key positions, capturing them can make defending your objects significantly easier. Be careful, though, as the enemy probably knows about them as well. The central corridor is excellent for a fast regrouping to a different bomb planting site to sabotage the enemy.

There are two Easter eggs on the map — be the first to find them! By activating one of them, you can get a unique achievement. Speaking of which, there will be Easter eggs on other "Rift" maps as well. Find and activate them all to get the whole set of achievement!

Previous version

New Content

Benelli M2 SP
A semi-automatic rifle developed by an Italian manufacturer, Benelli Armi, for shooting competitions. The novelty sports excellent damage and fire rate, as well as a spacious magazine. One of the special features of M2 SP is the ability to load two shells at once.

The novelty can be upgraded with mods, including unique ones. One increases damage to the extremities, the second significantly increases the amount of pellets for each shot while decreasing their individual damage, the weapon's range and accuracy.

The golden version has a slightly better range.
Agent Buffalo Set
Ben Buffalo is a Native American of Comanche descent. The set includes an Agent Buffalo Engineer Suit, SIG MPX Copperhead, Makarov Pistol, and a Karambit of the "Motor Shop" series, as well as skins for the regular versions of these weapons, an achievement set, and a Buffalo charm.

The agent's content will soon be available in the game. You can find out more about the tasks and rewards, and about Ben himself in an upcoming separate publication.

Bug Fixes

Important
• Fixed a bug, due to which the scoreboard would sometimes not be displayed after a game and the rewards would arrive with a delay.
  • Fixed a bug, due to which some devices (such as M26) had additional bonuses from using skins of a different device. Skins are cosmetic and should not impact the item's characteristics.
Weapons and gear
• Sentry 12: fixed a bug, due to which attachments would sometimes disappear off the gun (the issue was resolved by changing the attachments once).
  • SIG MPX Copperhead:
    • fixed a bug, due to which by picking up the same type of weapon of a different series, the ammo was restored instead of changing the weapon;
    • fixed a bug, due to which handle-hitting did not interrupt the reload of the left weapon, in case the player used a double-wield model;
    • fixed a bug, due to which the installed attachments would sometimes not be displayed in the post-match statistics screen.
  • Tavor CTAR-21 Special: fixed a bug, due to which the bullets would fly below the crosshair when using a 2x-zoom.
  • Vigilance Rifles A-M20: fixed a bug, due to which the long distance shooting sounds would be played out incorrectly.
  • Mauser C96 Custom (Akimbo-Guns mod): fixed a bug, due to which the character's hands would sometimes disappear after respawning and switching to pistols.
  • Winter Holiday Bat: fixed a bug, due to which hard strike sounds would sometimes not be played out.
  • Dual-wield weapons:
    • fixed a bug, due to which the time spent with having the weapon in hands would not be counted towards the player's personal statistic;
    • fixed a bug, due to which the shadow would sometimes be incorrectly displayed in the 1st person view.
  • SED's machine guns, Arcus Scout, Arcus Tactics, Arcus Megadez and the Hephaestus Flamethrower: fixed a bug, due to which it was sometimes possible to use the weapon even after it overheated.
  • Spectre vests: fixed a bug, due to which the icon of the HP restoration mod would sometimes not be displayed.
  • Fixed a bug, due to which some weapons with an underbarrel grenade launcher would work incorrectly when the player reached a checkpoint with empty ammo.
PvP
• RM: fixed a bug, due to which no ranked currency would be gained when first advancing to a new league or division.
  • Bag and Tag: fixed a bug, due to which it was impossible to create a room on the Exclusion Area map.
  • District 2.0: fixed a bug, due to which matches on the old map version would not count towards the progress of special achievements for wins.
  • Bounty Hunt:
    • fixed a bug, due to which sound effects and comments would sometimes be played out with a delay;
    • fixed a bug, due to which the coin counter would sometimes overlap the weapon mod installation window.
  • District 2.0: fixed a bug, due to which the player could get into places on the map they were not supposed to reach when using certain gear set items.

Good luck in the game, and we'll see you in Warface!
