Legendary Weapons Now with Modifications

Friends!

We constantly develop and improve the modification system. And the list of modifiable items is expanding. We are glad to inform you that in this update the modification system has been replenished with legendary weapons:

 • AK Alpha;
 • Typhoon F12;
 • Kriss Super V Custom;
 • CDX-MC Kraken.

The basic characteristics of these models have been increased. Also, regular and unique mods can now be installed on the models.
АK Alpha
The АK Alpha is a unique weapon based on the Kalashnikov assault rifle, modified with advanced technologies by a team of the best military specialists. The AK Alpha comes equipped with unique attachments: a silencer, suppressor, tactical grip, Sig Sauer Romeo 4 RDS, and Hartman MH1 RDS.
Weapon Tweaks
• Increased damage (from 82 to 85).
 • Reduced recoil.
 • Increased damage multipliers (from 4.6/1/0.9/0.9 to 6/1/1/1 head/body/arms/legs).
Mods
Install the "Light Bullets" mod on the AK Alpha to increase its rate of fire and reduce recoil. This build will allow you to feel comfortable at close range and increase the general effectiveness of the weapon. The "Quadro" mod switches the model to the burst fire mode, shooting four bullets in one burst. One burst will be enough for a guaranteed elimination to the head or body of any enemy (even a highly armored one).
Typhoon F12
The Typhoon F12 is a Turkish automatic rifle designed on the basis of the AR-15 platform. It features a large assortment of attachments that improve its characteristics: a unique silencer, suppressor, two tactical grips and reflex sight.
Weapon Tweaks
• Increased firing range (from 4 to 4.8).
 • Increased head damage multiplier (from 1.2 to 1.5).
Mods
Mods for the Typhoon F12 give good bonuses while negative effects are negligible. The mod "Assault Mode" increases damage, rate of fire and magazine capacity, which makes the weapon a good competitor to the SIX12 AUTO-SD. The "Precision Frame" mod significantly increases its damage and accuracy, giving a chance to eliminate an opponent with one shot.
Kriss Super V Custom
The Kriss Super V Custom is a modified version of the popular submachine gun Kriss Super V with improved ergonomics and unique attachments included. It is staffed with an improved silencer, unique grip that increases the reload speed, and several sights.
Weapon Tweaks
• Reduced recoil.
 • Increased leg damage multiplier (from 0.9 to 0.95).
Mods
Do you like fast-firing guns that allow you to literally riddle the enemy? Or do you prefer accurate shooting and guaranteed elimination of the enemy with a headshot? The Kriss Super V Custom can be turned into any of these versions! The "Light Bullets" mod increases its magazine capacity and rate of fire. And the "Deadly Precision" mod greatly increases its damage and range.
CDX-MC Kraken
The CDX-MC Kraken is a multi-caliber bolt-action rifle manufactured by Cadex Defence. The rifle uses high-caliber ammunition that inflicts additional damage to limbs and pierces vests protecting from one shot. The model comes equipped with exlusive attachments: a silencer, suppressor, bipod and improved scope.
Weapon Tweaks
• Increased damage multipliers (from 5/1/1.02/1.02 to 5/1.15/1.25/1.25).
Mods
The model can eliminate the enemy with one shot in any part of the body, even if the opponent wears the best sets of equipment! To do this, you need to use the unique mod "Heavy Frame". It will significantly increase the damage dealt and set off this perk with a decreased ADS speed and rate of fire.

Note: mods can be installed and upgraded for all permanent versions of these weapons, including series and golden ones.

Soon in Game: New Battle Pass Season

Friends!

The new Battle Pass "Side by Side" will start very soon. You've given us a lot of feedback on the previous Battle Passes, and we've took your feedback into account and made a number of improvements to make the activity even more interesting. These are the main changes:

 • We've completely reworked the daily quests system (you can now choose quests).
 • We've added class-specific contracts with unique achievements. Now, this is the main source of Battle Pass coins.
 • We've reduced the number of levels in the main progression and increased the number of additional levels.
 • We've added parts to the Battle Pass store.

We also want to highlight the main change in this Battle Pass. In order to get all the guns, it will be enough for you to complete 4 class-specific contracts (see details about them below). You will be earning Battle Pass XP and completing contracts at the same time, so if you play actively, you will be able to get all the weapons as well as accumulate enough Battle Pass coins to purchase parts.
Daily Quests
One of the main changes to the season is the reworked system of daily quests, which yielded Battle Pass XP.

 • Now, it's up to you to choose a quest to complete from a suggested task pool (to make a choice, you will need to go to the quest menu, as usual, and then click on the slot to open the list of available tasks).
 • You can update the list of possible tasks for free once a day. More updates will be available for Kredits. In addition, the quest list is updated automatically once a day.
 • The list contains tasks of different types: there are both general tasks and specialized ones (for example, linked to a specific class or mode). Choose the ones you really like.
 • In addition, specialized tasks can differ in rarity and a reward (the higher the rarity, the more rewards you will receive).
 • The number of possible tasks in the list depends on the level of the premium BP access: the basic and the standard access offer 4 quests, extended - 6, super - 8, and top - 10 quests.

As we've mentioned, specialized quests have different rewards. You will not receive the fixed 300 BP XP points for completing them. Instead, you will get an increase in Battle Pass points as a reward for playing a match. It will depend on the number and type of class-specific tasks completed.

In total, there will be 8 specialized tasks for each class. See more details in a website publication.

Let's take an example: you completed a specialized Sniper task and received a certain bonus as a reward. Prior to completing the task, you received 10 BP XP for a won match played as Sniper. After completing the daily quest, the number of points will increase and will depend on the total bonus for a particular class. All such quests (regardless of their rarity) will stack up. For example, you can complete the entire Battle Pass and do specialized tasks as Rifleman - the amount of experience for each such match will grow and increase with the number of completed quests.

Let's consider more examples. If you complete the rare quest "Perform 100 kills in PvP as Rifleman", for all subsequent battles in the PvP mode played as Rifleman, you will receive additional 10 BP XP for every 10 kills (even if you lose). For example, your personal result as Rifleman in the "Free for All" mode is 74/24, meaning that you will receive additional 70 BP XP to the base reward for the battle (let's say, the base reward is 15 points, but you will gain 15 + 70, that is 85 points).

Now, let's have look at an example with PvE missions. If you complete the rare mission "Perform 500 kills in PvE as Rifleman", for all subsequent battles in PvE and special operations as Rifleman, you will receive additional 5 BP XP for every 20 kills (only in case of victory).

Please note that tasks are not excluded from the quest list after their completion. They may become available again on other days. The quest conditions of different rarity also remain the same: only the reward for completing a quest changes (therefore, we suggest you update the list of quests to get rarer rewards).

The quest slot mechanics remain the same. You will still receive one quest every day, and you can unlock up to 3 slots to accumulate tasks.
Parts in Store and Progression
In the new Battle Pass, you can earn up to 11,000 parts to buy back and upgrade mods. The sources of obtaining them are the main progression (1,000 parts at level 21 for all owners of any premium access) and the Battle Pass store (up to 10,000 parts).
Progression
Progression levels have also changed. Now, the base progression chain consists of 25 levels (used to be 50 levels). Compared to the previous Battle Pass, in proportion, the amount of experience per level required to reach level 25 has increased (by about 10,000 points in total); however, due to the fact that there are two times fewer base levels, the amount of total experience needed to complete the main progression has decreased almost by 2 times.

The changes also affected additional progression levels. Now, there are 150 of them (used to be 25 levels). The amount of experience needed to unlock them remains the same, but the number of BP coins has decreased from 50 to 10. However, you should not worry about the shortage of coins. Firstly, there are more levels. Secondly, you can get additional coins through contracts. We will talk about them further. Thirdly, due to daily quest bonuses, your battle pass progress rate will grow much faster.

Let's consider the Battle Pass XP increase rate when completing daily tasks. If you receive a bonus of +3 XP every day for playing in the PvP mode as Rifleman, 30 days later you will receive +90 experience points in addition to the base 20-30. In this case, the speed of obtaining Battle Pass levels will increase by 4 times.

As for progression rewards, the system remains familiar: the main levels yield parts, achievements, charms, camouflages and two weapons (a knife and a pistol). Additional levels give BP coins for purchases in the Battle Pass store. This time, we have removed BP coins from rewards for the main levels, but you can get them for additional progression.

You can see rewards for levels in a website publication.
Contracts
There are 5 types of contracts in the new Battle Pass. One of them is familiar to you. By completing the daily contract, you get a seasonal weapon box. There are no changes (except for the reward) in it. The other four are class-specific contracts (one contract for the Rifleman, Medic, Engineer, and Sniper).

Let's review them in more detail:

 • Class-specific contracts are available only to premium access holders.
 • You can complete these contracts starting from the level 15 of the Battle Pass, the activation is free.
 • Each contract has 15 stages. The condition of the stages is to gain a certain number of Battle Pass XP for a certain class (the higher the stage, the more XP required: a total of 21,000 XP for each class).
 • Each stage yields BP coins as a reward, and for the completion of the last stage, you will get a class achievement. If you complete all 4 contracts, you will receive 1,800 BP coins - enough to purchase all four guns!
XP for Battles
And now we'll tell you what's new in the mechanics of acquiring XP for matches. For PvP matches and RM, the conditions remain the same. But in Special Operations, the BP XP calculation now goes the same way as in PvP. Previously, special formulas were used to calculate the reward for "Blackwood Operation". Now, it applies to all special operations. There are no more fixed rewards like before. To gain experience in Special Operations and PvE, you need to win.

In addition, if you receive BP XP bonuses for completing specialized daily tasks, they will apply to all matches and will be added to the base session XP.
Battle Pass Store
Let's take a look at the weapons that you can get in the store. The seasonal line-up includes the H&K G36 Assault, Sentry 12, SIG MPX Copperhead (the first dual-wield arm in the game) and Kel-Tec RDB-C of the "Strider" series.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS AN ANNOUNCEMENT. THE BATTLE PASS AND ITS FEATURES CAN BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE PER THE RESULTS OF GENERAL AND INTERNAL TESTS.

Mods for Devices

Friends!

Soon, you will have the possibility to upgrade and install modifications onto devices. Read on to learn more about the new feature and how it works!

About the Devices
Devices is an umbrella term for all the modifiable consumable items that the player can equip aside from armour pieces and weapons. In this list, we include all kinds of grenades, claymores, as well as class-specific items of the "Special" category (medkits, defibs, armour kits, ammo packs). Thematic and festive items will not be considered devices (e.g. Pumpkin Claymores, Banana Claymores, Christmas Gift Boxes, Knockback Grenades, and so on — anything that is not a classic consumable).
What changes?
Currently, there are a lot of different items under the same category. These are a few kinds of frags and dozens of smoke grenades, various claymores, as well as at least three versions of "special" items: ammo packs, medkits, defibs, and armour kits. All these items have small differences in their specs, they cannot be changed or upgraded. Some items are not used much at all as there are better alternatives. Taking into account all these reasons, we took a decision to give you more options to customize the effects you need with the help of mods. The visuals will also be customizable: you may have a single grenade and change its looks without having to buy new items, as it used to be before.
Details
The items will now get mastery progression, and you will be able to install up to two mods. Every type of item has its own set of mods. You will find characteristics you are already familiar with alongside new ones (including unique specs).

The devices' appearance will change in the same way weapon camos change. You will have to go to the Inventory, pick an item and toggle the desired look. For example, for grenades, you can change visuals of the smoke screen (for smoke grenades) or the explosion effect (for frags). There is no appearance customization option for claymores— specialized claymores have vastly different characteristics, unique ones included, and changing their look can confuse players.

These changes will bring variety into the gameplay, you will have more flexibility in applying the desired specs and item appearances. Furthermore, the mod system will allow you to enhance the effects and bonuses from the familiar items such as increasing damage from claymores or speeding up the armour points recovery.
Grenades and Claymores
Grenade mods offer different effects that modify their in-game specs. For example, for a frag grenade, you can increase its explosion radius and damage, for a smoke grenade — its explosion radius and the smoke screen duration. See the full list of available modifications for different grenade types below.
How do I upgrade the devices?
The mastery progress for devices works in the same way as it does for pistols — you do not need to use them in battle, just have them equipped. For advancing through the mastery levels you will get parts, new mods and mod slots, as well as skins. The overall speed of mastering a device is higher compared to weapons. You also need less mastery XP (25 levels instead of 40) and considerably less Kredits to buy all the levels (would you wish to go about it that way).

By playing with old items that do not have mods, you will still gather mastery points for the progression of their newer versions. For example, by using the FG4 grenade, you will get mastery XP for the M26.

The mod upgrading cost will also be reduced — it will be 50, 150, 250, and 500 parts to upgrade to the rare, very rare, legendary, and elite level respectively. For some items, there are unique mods that cost 1000 parts.
What will happen to old items?
All versions of grenades and special items will no longer be available in the in-game store (except for a couple of claymores: Pumpkin Claymore, Banana Claymore, Christmas Gift Box, and the Anti-Personnel Mine). We will send their basic versions to every player. We will not be giving away Molotovs, as it was available in the Battle Pass. In the future, there will be more ways of getting this item.

Old items in the players' inventories will remain. You will still be able to use them, but they will not be upgradable or modifiable.

Below is a list of items that are not available in the mod system:
 • Banana Claymore;
 • Pumpkin Claymore;
 • Christmas Gift Box;
 • Anti-personnel Mine;
 • FG4 Grenade;
 • Knockback Grenade;
 • Christmas Grenade;
 • Fireworks Grenade;
 • Snowball;
 • Mischief Grenade;
 • all smoke grenades, except for the White Smoke Grenade.

Agent Maori Now in Warface!

Friends!

A new agent is already available in the game! Sunny Kickland, aka Agent Maori, a descendant of Maori chiefs, a doctorate holder and an expert on Polynesia has joined the ranks of Snipers. Sunny is always ready to help those who fight against criminals and mercenaries poisoning the lives of the weak and oppressed!

The Agent is part of the "New Power" seasonal update. You can learn more about it in a special publication.
Details
Sunny was born in New Zealand to a descendant of Maori chiefs and an immigrant from Indonesia. When she was seven, her mother died of pneumonia. This heavily influenced Sunny and her hobbies, she became much closer to her father and took an interest in Maori customs and traditions. She studied ethnography, anthropology, received a doctorate, and traveled extensively around Polynesia, helping local tribes to fight for the preservation of their culture, while also studying the nature and geography of their native land. During her travels, Sunny witnessed the people she grew up with slowly finding their way into the grindstone of war, as the paradise islands becoming PMC bases or safe havens for various thugs, and armed men entering villages.

So when the European Alliance needed a guide to hunt down a war criminal hiding in New Zealand, Sunny immediately agreed. This was the first time that she had taken up arms and, as it turned out, could handle them with ease. The European Alliance assigned her many more missions in the Pacific region, often as a full-fledged member of a combat group (which did not go down well with the charters, but the commanders turned a blind eye). Not only did Sunny know the terrain well and could navigate the most dense jungle, but she was also a very sharp and cold-blooded sniper.
