Warface is haunted by a scary in-game event! There are lots of cool rewards in store for its participants. Fight in the "Gun Game" team mode on the festive maps that we have prepared for the occasion.

[h3]About the mode[/h3]

This is a mode, in which you have to go through a chain of various weapon models and, as a team, gain as many kill points as possible. The respawn points on the maps are dynamic — the character spawns at a random spot near their allies and is invulnerable for a short period of time.

The mode offers a game on equal grounds. All players have the same loadout, go through the same chain of gun models (it differs from map to map), and start the match with the same weapons. To advance to the next stage and automatically get a new weapon, you have to make two kills.

[h3]Halloween Motel[/h3]

We have reworked the Motel map — behold the terrifically entertaining map radiating the Halloween spirit! Look around: the map is haunted by ghosts, there are pumpkins and an eerie green glow. And keep your ears open — there are screamers on the map that can spook an inattentive fighter!



[h3]Halloween Widestreet[/h3]

We are glad to present to you the Halloween version of one of the most popular maps in the "Free for All" mode. On the thematic map, you will find caskets, jack-o-lanterns, and other spooky attributes.

Among the festive rewards, you will find new weapons and skins, weapon charms, achievements, gear, and much more. Here are Halloween novelties.

[h3]Execrated series[/h3]

The event shop features a box with the novelties of this truly creepy weapon series. It includes: H&K G36 Assault, VEPR VPO-X3, SAR 109T Specs, Mauser Kar98k, and Push Daggers. Look into the eyes on the models' frames and they'll stare back at you — they are animated and react to what is happening on the battlefield!

Furthermore, the event shop offers skins of the same series for the regular versions of those weapons.

[h2]Halloween novelties[/h2]

There are two new weapon series now available in the game — "Risen" and "Zombie Grinder". The gun frames are decorated with skulls, bones, blood streaks and other horror-elements. There are other novelties as well set in the style of the spookiest holiday of the year: thematic masks, gloves, and charms.

Do not miss the opportunity to make nice screenshots as a memento or earn unique achievements. The festive versions of the maps "Street Wars" and "Farm" are back in the roster of the "Team Deathmatch" mode.

Despite the festive vibe (you will encounter zombies, pumpkins, caskets, and other Halloween-related stuff), the crux of the battle will remain the same.

Fight on a cemetery among open graves, moving scarecrows, flying witches, and lit jack-o-lanterns! Watch out: something even more sinister than a bullet can wait behind every corner!

[h2]Increased Server Rates[/h2]

You want to save up WF$ or boost the speed of leveling up Prestige ranks? Log into Warface and play any mode! Every finished match will bring you more XP, WF$, and BP points. Increased BP XP will be active as per usual, and the XP and WF$ rates — from 09:00 UTC (11:00 CEST) on 21st October until 08:59 UTC (09:59 CET) on 1st November.



You will get better rewards everywhere — in PvE missions, SpecOps, and any PvP matches regardless of the room type. More below.

12 days of increased server rates — hurry to upgrade as many Prestige ranks and earn as much WF$ as you can! Below, is a timetable of days with increased rewards:

• from 09:00 UTC (11:00 CEST) on 21st October till 08:59 UTC (10:59 CEST) on 22nd October — +50% XP and WF$;

A hotfix has been installed onto the server. In this version you will find a new agent and a dedicated set, additions for the mod system, game improvements, and other changes as well as plenty of bug fixes. Read on!

The set will include weapons and skins form the High-Tech series, a skin for Riflemen, a weapon charm and achievements in the agent's style. By completing the new contracts you will be able to get the above mentioned content and other useful items.

• Hybrid sights: now, the chosen sight gets saved after the player's death (earlier it would reset back to a standard one).
  
• Progression: now, the rank needed to unlock a game mode or class also gets displayed in the interface (earlier the modes were hidden and could not be discovered without a hint).
  
• Lowered the notification volume when getting an achievement.
  
• Updated localisation: added some missing game and item description texts, fixed some inconsistencies.

We have reworked the character creation screen — the last version got outdated and does not match the current design. We have updated the character creation window and you will be able to select the appearance (male or female) that you start the game with.

H&K G36 Assault

This novelty is an assault rifle from the german company Heckler & Koch that is used by the military of many different countries around the world. The weapon will offer excellent characteristics: a high rate of fire, range and damage. On top of that, it will have a hybrid sight and mod slots; with a unique mod you will even be able to change the firing mode from automatic to bursts.



Furthermore, the H&K G36 Assault will have a new mechanic — a transparent magazine, which allows you to see the amount of bullets you have left.

Kel-Tec RDB-C

This is a semi-automatic bull-pup rifle developed by Kel-Tec. The novelty offers a semi-automatic firing mode, good damage and fire rate. The rifle will be able to be equipped with mods and the unique mods can even change its firing mode to automatic or bursts. Experiment with mods and find the best build for you!



The golden version will have a higher rate of fire and a more spacious magazine.

• Makarov Pistol: fixed the hitting animation in melee combat so it corresponds to its real speed.
  
• Machine guns: fixed a bug, due to which the reloading animation in third person view was incorrect.
  
• Alligator Balisong Knife: fixed a bug, due to which the had would be displayed incorrectly in third person view.

• "Highway": fixed a bug, due to which the map surroundings would not always be displayed correctly at certain graphics settings.
  

"Bulwark":

• fixed a bug, due to which the silhouettes of the characters would sometimes be visible through the smoke screen at certain graphics settings;
  
• fixed map bugs and optimised PC resource consumption.
  

"Hawkrock":

• fixed a bug that allowed to shoot at the bomb installation site thought the staircase.

• Solo Mission: fixed a bug, due to which the mission completion status would reset when the day changed.

The new agent is already available in the game! Marina Radić, also known as agent "Enigma" has joined the ranks of Riflemen. Marina is an excellent mercenary, who can win any battle alone even against all odds.

The agent is part of the "New Power" seasonal update. You can learn more about it in a dedicated publication.

Marina was born in the 90s in Croatia. Her childhood consisted of constant journeys from place to place all around Europe. From an early age, Marina was left to her own devices. As she grew older, she often got into tricky situations and learned to get herself out of them. This skill has come in handy in her future career. At 17, Marina ended up in the French Foreign Legion, almost getting caught forging a parent’s permit. Years of service were accompanied by both feats and scandals. Excellent success in combat and lax compliance with orders lead to the fact that Marina's command, although while continuing to appreciate her success, began to look for a new position for her. So after completing her contract, Marina and gets into a private organization.

Little is known about the new employer and the agent’s activities. It is said that Marina Radić is working in her element: sophisticated equipment, impossible tasks, permissiveness, and the ability to rely only on herself brought the mercenary quick fame. Many have tried to lure Marina over to their side, but no one could offer better terms.

The agent set includes cool weapons from the "Hi-Tech" series: IWI Galil ACE Gen II Rifle, Kel-Tec SUB2000 and S&W Survival Tanto. The novelties are already available in the game shop.







Here's good news for weapon charms collectors: you can find a new item in the agent pack — decorate your weapons with this brand new accessory!



Achievements for kills made with the new weapon models and unique distinctions designed in the agent style have been added to the game. Destroy enemies with "Hi-Tech" arms, and earn cool achievements to pin them on your profile!

Contract Details

The game now features contracts with the agent content. Complete them and get powerful "Hi-Tech" arms, a box with the Agent Enigma skin, unique distinctions set in the agent style, a weapon charm and other useful items.





In addition, you can get the agent's suit, Hi-Tech IWI Galil ACE Gen II Rifle and Hi-Tech S&W Survival Tanto by completing tasks on the promo page.

Would you like to gain even more "New Power" Battle Pass rewards? Log into the game on certain days, play in any mode and get up to 2,5 times more BP experience!

You'll be earning increased Battle Pass XP on certain days this month and next month. Rates will apply in any modes including PvE missions, special operations and any PvP matches (Public and Custom rooms). Check out the schedule below to learn when the rates will be on:

• from 00:00 UTC on October 8 till 23:59 UTC on October 9.
  
• from 00:00 UTC on October 22 till 23:59 UTC on October 23.
  
• from 00:00 UTC on November 5 till 23:59 UTC on November 6.
  
• from 00:00 UTC on November 19 till 23:59 UTC on November 20.

If there are any changes to the schedule (such as additional days of increased rewards), we will be sure to share the details in the news.

[h3]How do rates work at different BP premium levels?[/h3]

Different premium access types are also taken into account when increasing BP experience. Thus, the total amount of BP experience will increase in proportion to the basic bonus of the premium level. Here are the bonuses to BP XP at different levels of the upgraded BP access:

• no premium, as well as basic and standard premium: +150%
  
• extended premium: +400%;
  
• super premium: +650%;
  
• top premium: +900%.

In the game, you can find the BP XP bonus in the Battle Pass section, to the right of your current level progress.

[h3]UI Particularities[/h3]

At the moment, there are difficulties with the visual display of increased BP rates. We are aware of this issue and will work on it in the future. In the meantime, here's what you should know:

• Increased rates are displayed only in the Battle Pass section, your bonus amount is also indicated there.
  
• When the rates are on, the increased rewards icon and the bonus will not change in the interface until you restart the game.
  
• Be careful: technical settings and the information about the rates schedule in the news indicate the time when the bonus is on. If you don't receive the bonus, but you see the increased rates icon in the game, check the schedule in the news.
