• Are there any news on when you’re going to fix freezes?

Our development team is working on fixing them ASAP. We will appreciate if you submit a ticket to the customer support so that they have more examples of the issue.

• Is there any chance to merge the 2 characters into one character that contains both of the 2 character items (during the EU and NA merger)?

No, unfortunately it’s not an option.

• Why when I use a resurrection coin sometimes I spawn not where I died?

Please record a video and submit a bug report via the Support team.

• Can you remove kicked from inactivity and getting ban for that in ranked matches before match begins?

The developers are aware of this bug, they will fix it as soon as they can.

• Can you re-add the old coops?

We are afraid they are not going to come back ever as they were removed on a permanent basis. However, the feedback that you want to see more PvE content is forwarded.

We invite you to try on the role of a real mercenary and take part in the "Contract" event. Naturally, tough work will be well rewarded! The most skilled players will be able to grab rare weapon models and, most importantly, the permanent golden versions of the CZ 805 BREN A2, Uzkon UNG-12, AMB-17 and SV-98 as well as get a discount of up to 82% for a powerful Rifleman primary AN-94 "Abakan". Do what you know best - destroy the enemy!



[h3]Details[/h3]

There are 7 unique contracts available on a special promo page. Each will cost you 100 Kredits to unlock. Under a contract, you will have to eliminate 50 enemies in PvP in "Quick Play" or in Ranked Matches using certain weapon types. After once paying for a contract, you will be able to complete it 10 times and each time receive one new crate with a reward.

The reward is randomly selected. The prizes include:

• permanent golden versions of the CZ 805 BREN A2, Uzkon UNG-12, AMB-17 and SV-98;
  
• boxes with in-game crafting cards to help you craft a FN P90 Custom and other desired guns;
  
• temporary arms including the Cobalt Kinetics series, ACR CQB Custom and much more!

The event is already live and will last till 20:59 UTC (22:59 CEST) on the 31st of May.

Upon the receipt, the reward will be sent to your Inventory. Please note: the items cannot be sold on the Marketplace. Check out the full list of prizes on the promo page. However, these are not all the bonuses that we have prepared for you!

[h3]Weapon at a Discount[/h3]

By eliminating opponents under the contracts, you will be gaining a discount that will allow you to purchase an excellent Rifleman primary AN-94 "Abakan" at a reduced price. The discount is capped at more than 82% and to accumulate it, you will have to destroy quite a number of enemies. Please note: once purchased, the AN-94 "Abakan" cannot be sold on the Marketplace.



[h3]Additional Prizes[/h3]

By destroying 100, 500 and 1000 enemies under the contracts, you will also get additional bonuses!

• 25 Boxes with HX Outdoors Trident "Snow Leopard" cards upon eliminating 100 enemies;
  
• 25 Boxes with Kel-Tec SUB2000 "Glacier" cards upon destroying 500 enemies;
  
• 15 Boxes with the VSK upon killing 1000 enemies!

[h2]RULES FOR SEASON 9[/h2]

GENERAL

• New permanent rewards: SIG Sauer P226, CZ 75 Czechmate Parrot, TEC-9, Katana;
  
• The season lasts for 30 days;
  
• You can earn tokens by completing a PvP or a PvE task;
  
• PvP task: 50 kills within a day in any PvP mode;
  
• PvE task: 200 kills within a day in any Spec Op;
  
• You can only complete 1 mission a day: a PvP OR a PvE one, not BOTH of them.
  

[h2]TOKEN PROGRESS[/h2]

• You get 1 token for each completed task;
  
• For each 5 completed tasks (not necessarily in a row) you get 3 extra tokens and a Mega VIP booster for 1 day;
  
• You can get the maximum of 48 tokens in the course of an event (30 for daily tasks + 18 extra).
  

[h2]REWARDS[/h2]
Each permanent weapon costs 20 tokens, so you can get the max of 2 permanent weapons from the list.

• Will there be a development roadmap for second half of 2021?

No, as the main directions of our work for this year have been already covered in this video.

• Can you give more crowns for the older Special Operations?

We have forwarded this request to the new development team, if there are any news on it, we’ll let you know.

• Are you going to decrease the Crown prices?

This economy works well on the CIS server according to the statistics. We understand that from the first sight some items may seem overpriced but in fact you don’t have any time limit to get them, they stay in the shop permanently, so it fully depends on you.

• Can you make the golden guns infinite again?

We do not plan to remove the repair cost from the golden weapons.

• Can you stop the map rotation?

At the moment we are not going to stop the map rotation. First, it was something players wanted (according to the opinion survey). Second, according to our stats, it decreased the matchmaking time, so it partially fixed this issue.

• Will there be a PTS (public test server)?

As for now we plan a PTS for the merger, but we don’t plan to make a PTS before every update (at least until we merge WF CIS and WF International).
