We conduct regular surveys aiming to accumulate your feedback and fine-tune the game development to make your gaming experience more comfortable and exciting. Recently, we have launched the first seasonal update "Heist" of an unprecedented scale. We put our inspiration, effort and many work hours in it. So, naturally, we longed to learn how it went down with you. Thus, we carried out a survey on the update, and we are grateful to everyone who took part in it and shared their thoughts. We have thoroughly studied the feedback, and are ready to share with you the results.

[h3]Technical issues while downloading the update[/h3]

The overwhelming majority of players stated that they faced no problems while downloading the recent update. Only a small percentage of users faced certain technical issues.

We are very glad that nothing cast shade on your first impression of the season "Heist". At the same time, we will carry on our work to make the installation process even smoother so that the majority became absolute.

[h3]Overall opinion on the update[/h3]

Most survey participants think that after the update the game has become better or slightly improved while about 40 per cent of the respondents indicated that the game has not changed.

We are constantly working on creating new content and delivering the best entertainment possible. "Heist" brought lots of novelties and unique mechanics into Warface. We are happy to know that you like them and will do our best not to let you get bored.

[h3]Update Coverage[/h3]

We also asked you about the news coverage of the new season. Prior to the update, we issued a series of articles announcing the main features of "Heist", its mechanics and novelties. We also published the full change log and complete patch notes. However, according to the survey results, the information was not extensive enough. Could you please share with us any ideas regarding the format or contents of announcements you would like to see?

[h3]Technical Quality of the Game[/h3]

As for the technical state of the game, most survey participants noted that after the update the game has not changed, has become better or slightly improved.

That is a positive trend. The technical side of the game is one of our top priorities. Updates bring heaps of fixes and improvements. We also appreciate your help to detect and reproduce new and existing bugs. Your reports help us accumulate necessary data and come up with a prompt solution. We will do our best to complete the total fumigation and let no bugs into our beloved game.

[h3]The things you liked most in the update[/h3]

The new special operation turned out to be the favourite feature of the season. At the same time, the rifle AK-15 Custom and the themed Battle Pass also got their share of up votes.

[h3]The things you didn't like in the update[/h3]

Almost half of the respondents could not choose an exact option while the majority of players selected the new PvP map for "Blitz".

We have studied your feedback on the themed PvP map. After the release of the update, it got almost instant fixes to illumination. The map became brighter and visibility on it improved. Despite the fact that the amount of positive feedback increased significantly, your reviews are still mixed.

We understand that some community members would like the map to be removed from Ranked Matches. To make a fair and transparent decision, in the near future we will carry out a vote so that you could determine the fate of the map. Please note that the survey will be randomly offered to the majority of players when ending the game. We will inform you about its results in a separate publication. Stay tuned!

• I experience freezes, any info on them?

We are aware that some players still face freezes in matches. The development team is working on a fix.

• Can you fix an issue that doesn’t allow to add players when you choose the Russian localization of the game?

We are aware of this problem, the developers work on the fix.

• Can you add an option to turn off the screen shake from grenades?

It’s a part of gameplay, so we are not going to add an option to remove it as it may give an unfair advantage.

• Are there any news on the merger?

Currently, we are doing the last preparations to launch PTS.

• Do you plan to make an opinion survey about the “Heist” map in RM?

Yes, there will be an opinion survey in the Game Center.

• Will there be new WF$ boxes?

For sure there will be more wf$ items in the future. Please, follow the news.

• Can you keep the tournament items in the shop on a permanent basis?

We invite you to try on the role of a real mercenary and take part in the "Contract" event. Naturally, tough work will be well rewarded! The most skilled players will be able to grab rare weapon models, heaps of cards for crafting, and, most importantly, the golden versions of the Truvelo CMS 20x42 mm, H&K MG5 121, Benelli M4 Custom and АM-17. Do what you know best - destroy the enemy!



[h3]Details[/h3]

There are 7 unique contracts available on a special promo page. Each will cost you 100 Kredits to unlock. Under a contract, you will have to eliminate 50 enemies in PvP in "Quick Play" or in Ranked Matches using certain weapon types. After once paying for a contract, you will be able to complete it 10 times and each time receive one new crate with a reward.

The reward is randomly selected. The prizes include:

• permanent golden versions of the Truvelo CMS 20x42 mm, H&K MG5 121, Benelli M4 Custom and АM-17;
  
• boxes with in-game crafting cards to help you craft a FN P90 Custom and other desired guns;
  
• temporary arms including the Cobalt Kinetics series, ACR CQB Custom and much more!

The event is already live and will last till 20:59 UTC (22:59 CEST) on the 29th of April. After that the event page will be re-opened from 09:00 UTC (11:00 CEST) on the 30th of April till 21:00 UTC (23:00 CEST) on the 1st of May to let you unlock chests and claim rewards (contract completion will no longer be available).

Upon the receipt, the reward will be sent to your Inventory. Please note: the items cannot be sold on the Marketplace. Check out the full list of prizes on the promo page. However, these are not all the bonuses that we have prepared for you!

[h3]Weapon at a Discount[/h3]

By eliminating opponents under the contracts, you will be gaining a discount that will allow you to purchase an excellent Sniper primary DVL-10 M2 at a reduced price. The discount is capped at more than 82% and to accumulate it, you will have to destroy quite a number of enemies. Please note: once purchased, the DVL-10 M2 cannot be sold on the Marketplace.



[h3]Additional Prizes[/h3]

By destroying 100, 500 and 1000 enemies under the contracts, you will also get additional bonuses!

• 25 Boxes with HX Outdoors Trident "Snow Leopard" cards upon eliminating 100 enemies;
  
• 25 Boxes with Kel-Tec SUB2000 "Glacier" cards upon destroying 500 enemies;
  
• 15 Boxes with the VSK upon killing 1000 enemies!
