Recently you announced EU and NA merge. How will it work for me if I play on both servers?
Currently, we’re looking for the best way to merge the servers, and we cannot give you any details or exact ETA. Don’t worry, we’ll share the information in advance to gather your feedback.

It’s so hard to find a Special Operation. Can I start it alone?
We see that some of you are concerned about the long matchmaking in PVE (especially SpecOps). The issue is addressed, but we do not plan to change the “max players to start” limit to 1 as it kills the whole idea of a MMO game.

Can you conduct maintenance at low peak time instead of during happy hours?
Well, this time is also considered as a low peak. Unfortunately we cannot perform the maintenance earlier as the server admins have a tight schedule.

Can you make a Ranked Games season with the Open Cup rules?
Nice idea, we’ll discuss it!

Why didn’t we get all old Halloween items in the shop?
We are gradually introducing the content to the shop, please be patient. Halloween isn’t over yet.

Why do we have to choose one out of only 4 weapons we want to convert V resources for.
Website and in-game crafting systems aren’t the same thing. In the website crafting you could get resources only for 4 weapons so it works the same way for the exchange. If you already collected all of them, you can exchange AK Alpha, Typhoon F12, Kriss Super V Custom and CDX-MC Kraken cards for free cards in the game, and then use the latter to assemble any other gun.

Make a deal with steam and let us unbind our accounts from steam.
We are afraid this is impossible.

Cool weapons in the game can be purchased not only for Kredits, but also for an in-game currency Crowns. In this publication we would like to provide a number of tips for Crown gain.

[h3]PvE Missions[/h3]

It seems that the easiest way of earning Crowns is playing PvE missions. Upon completing a PvE operation, two parameters are taken into account when calculating gained Crowns: the kill score and the completion time. After finishing a mission, you will see two scales with three markers for each of the parameters. A certain number of Crowns will be awarded for reaching each mark. The higher the mission difficulty is, the more Crowns it can yield; so opt for "Hard" missions to get the maximum number of the currency.

While completing PvE missions, the key to success is an experienced team and well-coordinated teamwork. Play confidently, do not hesitate, fulfill your role, aim to heads and make sure that your character dies seldom.

[h3]Special Operations[/h3]

Special Operations offer another way to earn Crowns if you are the PvE type. The currency gain here depends on the same parameters as in regular PvE missions: the total kill count and completion time. Special Operations allow you to get more Crowns than regular PvE missions, but, at the same time, they take more time.



[h3]In-game Events[/h3]

We carry out regular in-game events to mark various holidays. Complete tasks and get Crowns and other prizes - as simple as that! You can learn more about the on-going activities in the news on our official website or in the dedicated website section.

[h3]Ranked Matches[/h3]

Ranked PvP Matches offer yet another way to earn Crowns. Soldiers get access to them upon reaching Rank 20. Crowns are awarded for winning new leagues. You can lean more about the current RM season from the dedicated publication. Please note that teamwork and excellent skill are very important for this highly competitive way of gaining Crowns.

[h3]Activities and Contests[/h3]

Follow the Warface website and social media; in some contests, winners get Crowns along with other prizes. Don't miss this opportunity to get nice items and in-game currency!

As we notified you, today the crafting system on the website has been closed. In the future, weapon crafting will be available only in the game. So far, the process of attachment disassembling and resource converting is in progress - this is a rather long procedure. Now there is a special promo page available where you can exchange the accumulated resources for in-game weapon cards. Go on assembling the coveted guns in the game!

[h3]EXCHANGE THE FIFTH LEVEL RESOURCES FOR IN-GAME CRAFTING CARDS![/h3]



[h3]CLOSING CRAFTING SYSTEM[/h3]

Today, we have removed all the website elements related to the old weapon crafting system.

• The "Weapon Crafting" tab on the game website has been closed.
  
• The keys "Resources" and crates "Resources for Crafting" have disappeared from the "Crates" page.

At the moment, all players' attachments located in the Inventory or on the Marketplace are being transferred back into resources. Resources starting from the first level will in turn be converted into resources of a higher level up to the fifth one. There are a lot of Warface players, so this procedure will take quite a lot of time. Please be patient.

Crates "Resources for Crafting" will soon be removed from the Marketplace and from players' Inventories.

You will see the total number of fifth level resources on a special promo page. In addition, right now you can get in-game cards for crafting AK "Alpha", Typhoon F12, Kriss Super V Custom and CDX-MC Kraken.

After the exchange, you will find cards in your Inventory, and you will be able to transfer them into the game.

Exchange resources and rush into combat with new guns!

Dear players!

We have important news to share with you. Warface, as a global title, keeps on expanding and developing. A lot has been done throughout this challenging year and more is yet to come! However, the core of our game is our international community. It is always exciting to greet new members of it but it’s truly a special occasion, when a whole region joins in.

We are happy to announce that in November we will be welcoming players of the Brazilian region that will migrate from their publisher to our EU server. Moreover, in Q4 of this year we plan to carry out the merge of our EU and NA servers that will mean not only an increase in the player base but various quality of life improvements for our current players, for example:

• The server merge will fix a number of pending technical issues like the ones connected to ping (especially the issues currently observed on NA)
  
• Brazilian players who play on the EU and on the NA servers will no longer be separated and will be able to enjoy the game with their loyal allies again
  
• The matchmaking will take less time, meaning that you can spend more time in combat, rather than in the lobby. You’ll be matched to the closest and most optimal shard (sub-server)
  
• Updates will be delivered faster since they will be installed almost simultaneously with the patches of the CIS game version

Don’t worry, you will not lose any of your progress or items during the server merge. We will do our best to ensure a smooth and comfortable transition for all our users, so that you get the most positive experience possible. Stay tuned for the separate articles on the migration and the merge, where we will provide you with further details.
