Dear Lord:
Welcome to 'Ruachland,' where countless new generation tribes live, develop, and compete. The Elves' research on 'Aether' has led to rapid civilization development, forming the vast Elven Empire. Other factions are also expanding and emerging... This is the great era for lords, where you will lead your troops to expand territory and create legend in the clash of magic and strategy!

[h3]Faction Introduction[/h3]
Currently, there are five major factions for lords to choose from, each with its characteristics in buildings, heroes, soldiers, and town defenses, suitable for different playstyles. Lords, don't worry too much about faction choice! Heroes from other factions can be recruited during campaigns, and multi-faction soldiers can be combined. I hope my introduction below can answer your questions.

1. Elven Empire
Elves ally with various creatures of nature, with the ancient Life Tree providing healing abilities. Their magic power is unique in Ruachland, and soldiers have multiple types such as flying, control, and summoning.

2. Sacred Oath Alliance
A faction combining steam and magic. With powerful mechanical troops and excellent trade capabilities, their troops have abilities like hovering, traps, and repairs, showing strong overall strength on the battlefield.

3. Barbarian Tribes
They are composed of various barbaric creatures. Building Tribe camps and recruiting soldiers will require fewer resources, and Barbarians can obtain Golden Coins through battles. Soldiers are strong and high in Morale, capable of stunning and repelling enemies.

4. Eternight Council
Pursuing ultimate magic and eternal existence. The council can convert soldiers from other factions into Eternight soldiers, and revive fallen soldiers. Some soldiers can even distort time and space, becoming a formidable faction on the continent.

5. Ancient Swarm
The Swarm rapidly expands with terrifying reproduction, infection, and conversion abilities, ravaging every land like wildfire. From low-level insect soldiers to high-intelligence queens, they have a clear division, forming a strict hierarchy.

[h3]Hero Recommendations[/h3]
When the lord first steps into Ruachland, 15 heroes will follow. You can recruit multiple heroes to explore simultaneously. Here are some of the heroes who can become your reliable partners~

1. Jalanil-Elven Empire-Warrior
Jalanil starts with the Elven Empire's War Machinery-Life Tree, with greatly enhanced healing effects. Thanks to her research on military machinery, she is proficient in Engineering and can operate various War Machinery and enhance their performance. As a battle-hardened ranger Warrior, she gains more experience.

2. Layne-Sacred Oath Alliance-Archer
Layne comes from a family of hunters, following his father through dense forests and fighting beasts with a hunting rifle. Thus, Layne has developed a stronger physique, higher movement points(MP) on land, and base damage, and can gain considerable experience daily.

3. Freida Guardian-Barbarian Tribes-Mage
Freida Guardian can collect extra Golden Coins from mines, which is especially important in resource-poor barbaric lands. She initially possesses the [Weakness Laser] spell, effectively reducing enemy attack and defense, supporting her initial ranged soldiers. She can also directly learn level 3 water spells, and reduce terrain consumption.

4. Lunar Lord-Eternight Council-Warrior
Lunar Lord can steadily gain Golden Coins daily, and the council's 'Soullight Spire' and 'Mystic Recruiting Place' can use Golden Coins to revive or convert soldiers. With Leadership, the Lunar Lord can easily persuade enemies to surrender with fewer Golden Coins, increasing the Morale of his troops for continuous actions.

5. Old Urga-Ancient Swarm-Mage
When Old Urga is a lord, it will greatly increase soldier production, quickly forming combat power with Swarm's 'Mind Centre' and 'Conversion Core' buildings. Urga can increase soldiers' Luck to deal higher damage, and it also has a larger vision range.

[h3]Combat and Training[/h3]
Heroes will grow continuously during the lord's training, and gain new talents. With a richer combat experience, more heroes will serve the lord. Here are the details of hero combat and training:

1. Exploration and combat in campaigns:
① The action order in a turn is determined by the Speed of each unit on the field. The fasted units can wait to act at the end of the turn or choose to defend. Troops can move in multiple stages, and flexibly deploy.
② Same soldiers can be combined into a single combat unit or split. Combining soldiers will form powerful single damage, while some soldiers with active skills are suitable for splitting.
③ The number of recruitable soldiers is limited and refreshes weekly. Prioritize upgrading soldier-related buildings, and some town buildings and hero features can also increase soldier production.
④ Transport vehicles can supplement distant heroes' troops and provide vision. They generally have a long movement distance but limited vision range and cannot interact with the map scene.
⑤ Heroes' HP and Mana will be slowly restored every day and can be fully restored in town for one day. The spell will require a magic academy in town to restore, and heroes can cast spells during any ally unit's turn.
⑥ Ranged units have limited Ammo Capacity. After consuming Ammo Capacity, they can only engage in melee attacks. Talents and some buildings can increase Ammo Capacity.
⑦ Horizontally or vertically moving along roads will reduce action point consumption. Sand ground and snow ground will consume more action points. Soldiers are affected by different terrains. They will gain action point bonuses during exploration and attribute bonuses during combat in advantageous terrains.

2. Hero training in campaigns:
Heroes need to be trained through exploration and combat in campaigns. Heroes will gain EXP by combat to level up and enhance various attributes; they can also gain attribute growth through different buildings or equipment

3. Rewards for completing campaigns:
After winning a campaign, the lord will receive rewards such as EXP, Talent Points(TP), Diamonds, Aether Crystals, and Intelligence Books based on overall performance. Campaign victory may also grant mission rewards (note: failure campaign will only claim partial rewards, and Talent Points(TP) are obtained by the corresponding heroes used in the campaign).

4. How to unlock heroes:
Lords can obtain Stellarirs Pieces, Stellarirs Crystals, and Diamonds by completing various achievements. Star fragments and star crystals can be exchanged for most heroes (including Rank 0/1/ 2 heroes) on the Hero page. Some heroes will be unlocked later by collecting hero soulstones.

5. Hero talent training:
Using the corresponding hero's soulstone or Chaos Soulstone can unlock talent layers for heroes, automatically gaining Awaken Points(AP). Consuming Aether Crystals, Talent Points(TP), and Awaken Points(AP) can activate the hero talent bonuses (note: Chaos Soulstone is a universal hero Soulstone, the talent tree is limited to be activated but can be manually reset).

Dear Lords:
Pennon and Battle will undergo maintenance at 17:00 on August 8th, Pacific Time. During this maintenance period, there will be an expected downtime of 1 hour. Please plan your gaming time and log in to the game after the maintenance is completed.
[h3]Campaign Related[/h3]
  • Normal Campaign and Online Campaign will no longer be fixed difficulty, and players can set the [BOT Difficulty] now.
  • Adjusted initial resources for each difficulty and reduced BOT development speed at lower difficulties
  • Epic heroes can only be saved in campaigns of Lv.3 difficulty andabove.
  • Towns now have a [Town Level] setting, which can adjust construction requirements and interface layout based on this setting
  • The Reserve Troops of Town can be placed up to 7 groups of soldiers now
  • Adjusted the generation of [Sawmill] and [Mining Site]. The positions of [Sawmill] and [Mining Site] will be closer to towns and connected by roads now.
  • Removed random guards from [Windmill] and [Farmhouse]
  • The already visited [Magic Temple] will now display specific spells

[h3]Battle Related[/h3]
  • Adjusted hero spell casting phase, spells can now be cast during any allied unit's turn. Spellcasting will not end the hero's action phase
  • Spell scrolls can be used through the spell book without mana cost, but the scroll will be consumed after use.
  • Adjusted [Escape] function, Escape will always be successful. Heroes will lose all troops and appear directly in the [Heroes Palace] after escaping
  • Added [Surrender] function, surrender will require a certain amount of Golden Coins, and heroes will retain all troops and appear directly in the [Heroes Palace] after surrendering
  • Optimized combat loading speed and removed loading animation

[h3]Save[/h3]
  • Add 3 auto-save slots at the start of each turn
  • Added Quick Save function, use F5 to perform Quick Save, F8 to load Quick Save

[h3]Talent Tree[/h3]
  • Reduced Awakening Point(AP) requirements to unlock the stages of talent tree
  • Learning talents will no longer require corresponding faction material
  • Resetting the talent tree will no longer return corresponding faction material

[h3]Game Store[/h3]
  • Removed the Store feature in the game. Gems recharging will be temporarily disabled until the adjustment completed
  • Moved [Hero Exchange] function to the [Hero] interface
  • Moved [Mystery Store] function to the [Supply] - [Event Cards]interface

[h3]Arena Related[/h3]
  • Removed Arena battle rewards
  • [Arena Store] temporarily closed and will reopen with future arena events

[h3]Short-cut Keys [/h3]
  • Adjusted default key bindings for some short-cut keys, and added new short-cut key buttons
  • Buttons with short-cut keys will display corresponding information in the detail window now

  • Fixed the issue where town transporters overlapped with player's heroes when visiting allied towns

  • We will close the Recruitment system at 9:00 on August 25th
  • The acquisition method of some heroes will be adjusted to Soulstone unlock
  • Hero Soulstone will primarily be obtained from chests awarded in campaign settlements

Pennon and Battle Maintenance Notice on August 1st

[h3]Operational Readiness[/h3]
  • Operational Readiness will be auto-restored 40 points daily, with an additional 80 points every Monday.

[h3]Campaign Related[/h3]
  • In the first week of the game, heroes from the selected faction will always appear in Heroes Palace.
  • Each faction can only have one level 4 Town Hall. When occupying a town with a level 4 Town Hall, the occupied Town Hall will be downgraded to level 3
  • You can learn spells from allied towns when visiting.
  • When visiting allied towns and entering until the next day, heroes will recover HP and Mana.
  • The feature of watch BOT action can be set separately for enemies and allies.
  • The production of Golden Coins will be increased by 1000 when owning a town.
  • Faction income will be shown in Specific Sources.

[h3]Battle Related[/h3]
  • Mage heroes can ranged attack now. The ranged attacks of the Mage hero will deal 30% damage and without damage decay with distance. But the damage would be reduced by 50% when their ranged attack passes through walls.
  • Removed the "Refight" feature in manual battle.
  • Optimized battle animation performance to reduce lag.

[h3]Map Generation[/h3]
  • Expand the movable area on the map. Added more content of resource and treasure places without guards.
  • Improved generation efficiency of island maps.
  • Added more map generation templates to certain campaigns.

[h3]Weekly Tasks[/h3]
  • Increased the number of weekly random tasks to 5.
  • Adjusted some task rewards.

[h3]Other Optimizations[/h3]
  • The color of the Player faction will be changed to blue when creating a campaign.
  • The BOTs will be by default not allied with the player when adding BOTs during campaign creation.
  • Optimized the interface of short-cut key settings.
  • The lobby will list unacquired heroes now.

[h3]Bug Fixes[/h3]
  • Fixed the issue where the Deployed mark of epic hero was improperly displayed.
  • Fixed the issue where some skills could not select War Machinery as a target.
  • Fixed the issue where the switching from the Governing interface to the town view would cause abnormalities in [Dual Layer] maps.
  • Fixed the issue where the player could still join online campaigns during the Arena matching queue.
  • Fixed the issue where the unit outline was improperly displayed in battle.
  • Fixed the issue where the battle result panel was improperly displayed when the hero was Severely Injured.
  • Fixed the issue where the Monet's initial spell was improperly applied.
  • Fixed the issue where the building visiting popup could not be closed by ESC.
  • Fixed the issue where the Lava Lord's skill [Infernal Judgment] would cause abnormal other soldiers' passive abilities abnormalities.
