Pennon and Battle 0.7.36 Version Maintenance Notice

Dear Lords:
Pennon and Battle will undergo maintenance at 5:00 PM (Pacific Time) on November 14th. During this maintenance, there will be an expected downtime of 1 hour. It is recommended that all players log out of the game in advance and log back in after the maintenance is complete.

[h3]War Machinery[/h3]
  • The damage or effects of War Machinery will be influenced by the hero's Strength and Intelligence. When the hero carries the other's Alignment War Machinery different from the hero's Alignment, the attribute influence will be reduced by 30%
  • Adjusted the hero skill [Engineering] effect. The War Machinery effects will be increased by skill level
  • Adjusted the effects of hero skill [Engineering] abilities: [Crossbow Enhance], [Life Tree Enhance], [High-Explosive Cannon Enhance], and [Spider Tower Enhance]

[h3]Combat[/h3]
  • Allowed to manually switch Ranged units attack mode as Melee Attack/Ranged Attack
  • Optimized the spell casting, adjusted the rules of target selection for some spells
  • Added damage and healing info display when using spells and skills

[h3]Story Campaign[/h3]
  • Allowed to Save/Load failed Story campaign and retry. You will unlock subsequent chapters, receive rewards, inherit hero data, etc. as normal if you achieve victory in retrying

[h3]Other Optimizations[/h3]
  • Added BOT behaviour of using some Alignment-limited buildings.
  • Continued optimization and improvement of interface display and interaction.

[h3]Issue Fixes[/h3]
  • Fixed some player-reported issues and other known issues.

Pennon and Battle will undergo maintenance at 5:00 PM (Pacific Time) on November 7th. During this maintenance, there will be an expected downtime of 1 hour. It is recommended that all players log out of the game in advance and log back in after the maintenance is complete.

[h3]Challenge Campaign[/h3]
  • Added a new campaign gameplay for testing. Players can create the challenge campaign in single-player mode with "Normal" and "Nightmare" modes. In this campaign, you can choose Challenge Convenant to increase difficulty, and your challenge level will be recorded upon success


[h3]Campaign[/h3]
  • Added a building "Black Market". Able to buy and sell equipment in the "Black Market", applying in new-created campaigns only
  • Supported the "Mineral" locations displaying on the Mini-map, which could be adjusted in 'Map Settings"


[h3]Soldiers[/h3]
  • Added a new upgrade route for Sacred Oath Alliance soldiers (temporary models and graph resources, will be replaced in the future)
    - Tier 1: Marksman
    - Tier 2: Special Corps
    - Tier 3: Construction Master
    - Tier 4: Laser Turret
    - Tier 5: Destroyer
    - Tier 6: Transport Helicopter
    - Tier 7: Cannon Spaceship

  • Added Elven Empire Alignment-limited buildings: "Arcane Society" and "Deployment Center"
  • Added Sacred Oath Alliance Alignment-limited buildings: "Rest Post" and "Missile Base"
  • Added Barbarian Tribes Alignment-limited buildings: "Trading Center" and "Baggage Camp"
  • Added Eternight Council Alignment-limited buildings: "Wagon Workshop" and "Aether Node"
  • Added Ancient Swarm Alignment-limited buildings: "Psionic Mine" and "Logistics Camp"

  • Changed "Droplet Ring" to "Revival Ring", enhancing all healing spells' effects

[h3]Intelligence Station[/h3]
  • Added "Special Soldier" to the Soldier page, including the information about the Summoning and Shapeshift soldiers

[h3]Other Optimizations[/h3]
  • Restored the previous data about the Hero unlocking by Stellaris Pieces and Stellaris Crystals. For the players who are affected by the previous adjustments, heroes not unlocked by Stellaris Pieces, and Stellaris Crystals can continue to unlock and obtain corresponding Hero Soulstones
  • Optimized loading speed of the Barbarian Tribes soldier recruitment interface
  • Continued optimization and improvement of interface display and interaction

  • Changed the initial Sacred Oath Alliance-limited building from [Modification Factory] to [Treasure Store]. The Modification Factory will appear randomly now
  • Each town can upgrade 1 barrack Lv.3, gaining more weekly production

[h3]Spell[/h3]
  • Added [Darkness Spell] series, including 14 Darkness Spells
    - Adventure spells: Darkness Blockade, Chaos Assault
    - Level 1 combat spells: Weakness Laser, Poisonous
    - Level 2 combat spells: Psychic Scream, Curse of Misfortune, Rot
    - Level 3 combat spells: Shadow Cloak, Necromancy, Weakness Insight
    - Level 4 combat spells: Sympathetic Detonation, Summon Ghost, Frenzy Curse
    - Level 5 combat spell: Dead Hand

  • Added new soldiers [Ghost] and [Wraith] on the map.
  • The soldier production increased by treasure effects will no longer be affected by others production bonuses

  • Allowed to view the learned skills and abilities when upgrading heroes.

0.7.28 Minor Patch Update

  • Fixed the issue where the multiplayer campaign would fail to sync. If the multiplayer campaign always reloads to the previous turn, please update the patch and try to load the save again. Thanks for everybody's feedback and please keep providing us if other issues persist.

  • Adjusted rewards of [Dragon Hoard], generating Vitality Dragon and Elemental Dragon as guards. Only apply for new campaigns.
  • Added hero HP and Mana display in the battle result
  • Game saves will be sorted by saving time
  • Optimized and improved the UI display and interaction performance
  • Added [Send Report] function for reporting game errors. If you encounter issues such as BOT stuck in the campaign, game saves load failure, or online saves load failure, please send the error report to us so we can fix it faster
