  • [p]Increased mission reward of the “S&M: Private Reserve” bank.[/p]
  • [p]The health of Hielo’s defender captain has been lowered by 30%.[/p]

FIXES
  • [p]Micro freezes occurring after 55-65 minutes of playtime are fixed.[/p]
  • [p]Touchdown has correct animations in turf war debrief again.[/p]
  • [p]A gang elimination reward is no longer given for free at the start of certain standalone plotlines in Roguelite.[/p]
  • [p]The standard gang elimination rewards were incorrectly awarded after removing a gang via plotlines (which comes with its own set of rewards).[/p]
  • [p]“Strong Arm Dragon for Money” does not start a truce with Khan anymore.[/p]
  • [p]S&M: Private Reserve had a spot where the player could become stuck.[/p]
  • [p]S&M: Private Reserve’s broken windows make guards (and cameras) suspicious now.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an FPS drop during lobby character selection.[/p]
  • [p]Throwable equipment should no longer pass through doors.[/p]
  • [p]An extra weapon should no longer be spawned after switching to a bot after death.[/p]
  • [p]The character name is now properly displayed instead of the account name in Roguelite.[/p]

[h3]Roguelite[/h3][p]Turf war tweaks[/p]
  • [p]Failing Attack Territory weakens the attacked turf, so it will have fewer soldiers the next time around (ensuring some progress even when failing)[/p]
  • [p]Winning Defend Territory strengthens your turf, and you will face fewer attackers on it during subsequent attacks (prevents the same turf being steamrolled by repeated attacks every day) • Slightly increased soldier counts on Hard and Extreme difficulties[/p]
[h3]Turf war cost balancing[/h3]
  • [p]Soldiers cost less to hire when you start the day with fewer soldier (making it easier to get back on your feet).[/p]
  • [p]When sending soldiers, each soldier above the required minimum is slightly cheaper (when you need the extra help, it’s not as costly to send a few more soldiers)[/p]
[h3]Difficulty tweaks[/h3][p]The aforementioned turf war tweaks have the most impact on the Normal difficulty, and less on Extreme
Slightly increased enemy soldier counts on Hard and Extreme difficulty[/p][p]Turf war cost balancing across all difficulties[/p]
  • [p]A missing character returning after a few days will no longer lose a weapon.[/p]
  • [p]Changed the configuration of starting characters to make DLC characters slightly more likely to appear.[/p]
  • [p]Stash categories are now ordered by volatility (more volatile loot can change its market value a lot every day, and doesn’t guarantee the price trend won’t change from day to day).[/p]
  • [p]Central Rockay City turfs should – on average – be richer and the industrial areas poorer (affecting mostly turf war rewards).[/p]
  • [p]The police ambush random event can now happen slightly sooner.[/p]
  • [p]Added ending cutscenes to the “Strong Arm Dollar Dragon” goal.[/p]
  • [p]Story trade expenses are now marked red if player doesn’t satisfy the requirements.[/p]
  • [p]Investigation Growth[/p]
    1. [p]The investigation growth rate now scales with difficulty.
      Normal: 10%
      Hard: 12%
      Extreme: 16%
      (stats are without boss bonuses)[/p]
    2. [p]The number of detectives encountered at investigation thresholds is also affected by difficulty.[/p]
    3. [p]Killing a detective lowers investigation progress by 9%.[/p]

  • [p]Various problems with glass not behaving correctly when damaged or broken, shot at with slow-moving projectiles, or displayed for clients.[/p]
  • [p]JIP’d players didn’t see loot bags on other players if the other player was carrying 4 bags. [/p]

  • [p]Missions selected for Shuffle should now again support all possible variants.[/p]
  • [p]Prevented turfs neutralized by detectives from being immediately retaken by other gangs before the player sees them neutralized. [/p]

  • [p]The shortened cash value format is now displayed in more places (especially when the long format was causing issues in other languages). [/p]
  • [p]Cutscenes now have a slight delay at the end before fading out, which should help mainly with those that end with a short sentence and almost no time to read it.[/p]
  • [p]Explosive ammo of SPX Grenade should now scale its damage with upgrades equally as fast as the shotgun fire mode.[/p]
  • [p]Baker’s boss stats on the map should no longer incorrectly show 0 as the turf count.[/p]
  • [p]Revive count in character stats should now correctly factor in bonus class revives from level ups (mainly promoted Thieves). • Removed loading tips still mentioning Quickjoin.[/p]
  • [p]Unified naming of Co-Op across various texts.[/p]
  • [p]Removed duplicate generic character names in Roguelite, making certain names more common than others.[/p]
  • [p]The character-specific weapon variants sometimes used an incorrect icon for the default skin.[/p]
  • [p]Touchdown will now get the correct level of perks in turf wars (level 1 → level 3).[/p]
  • [p]Cancelled warehouse defense random event should now properly refund all money and loot at risk. [/p]
  • [p]Turf war soldier shouldn’t spawn without equipment anymore. [/p]
  • [p]The Progression screen should now display correct progress count for perks.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed several typos, typographical inconsistencies and various localization mistakes.[/p]

Here's a breakdown of all the questions and answers on all things Crime Boss![/p][p][/p][h3]Crime Boss: Rockay City – Community Q&A EVENT (July 14 2025)[/h3][p]🔧 Bugs & Technical Issues[/p][p]Q: In co-op, characters levitated and clipped through the floor. Is this a known bug? A: Likely a connection issue. Not something reproducible with current info.[/p][p]Q: Is the equipment desync bug (client not seeing equipment recharging) fixed? A: Yes, this was fixed in Update 16.[/p][p]Q: Are you aware of bugs affecting client players like disappearing HUD or unusable gadgets? A: The HUD bug is resolved. Other issues like climbing or gadget glitches are rare and hard to reproduce.[/p][p][/p][h3]⚙️ Optimization & Performance[/h3][p]Q: Will we see a major optimization patch for PC and consoles? A: Raytraced weapons already use client-side damage.
