- Add Beacon building
- Increased the map size by 30% to fit future biomes

Bug Fixes
- Rivers are drinkable now
- Rivers can be used to fill water bottles now
- Luma Capsule animation doesn't shine in front of player's face in first person when moving/running anymore
- Fixed arrows not being added to inventory when picked up
- Fixed lighting on dead guy in Zector 3 facility hallway
